So grateful to those of you that are participating and those of you that will listen to the recording.
As you all know,
There is a lot going on.
There's a lot of cracking open.
So today I really just wanted to work with the idea of light and just bringing light in.
So as we begin,
As always,
I would like you to take a couple of long,
Deep breaths.
A long inhalation,
An exhalation of the same duration.
Just using that breath to connect into the present moment.
Acknowledging your presence here,
Showing gratitude to yourself for showing up.
And then taking that breath,
Just moving it with your awareness through your body.
Checking in with your neck and your shoulders.
Feeling into any tension and using the exhalation to remove that tension.
Just relaxing deeper.
Let your arms relax.
Feel your ribcage relaxing as you breathe into that space.
Take the breath down to your pelvis,
Your thigh bones,
Your calves,
Your feet.
And just really feel the weight of your body,
The presence of your body.
Our embodied presence is needed now on the planet more than ever,
Just to hold that frequency in a very real way for everybody.
And then as you connect in,
We're just going to begin to use our visual skills.
And imagine we're all walking towards one another to form a circle.
As you join the circle,
Just acknowledge each person present and take your seats.
And in the middle of our circle is this raging campfire.
Sending flames and crackling up into the sky.
And in order to build the light of the campfire,
You'll find in front of you some logs or sticks.
You can also step up and just gather them from where you are sitting and just go towards one by one to the campfire and place your log or stick.
And in so doing,
Just contributing to the light and the warmth.
That is offered by the fire.
And coming back to sit in our circle.
As you gaze at the fire.
You acknowledge that fire is transformative.
Fire burns away old,
Creates new life.
And I want you to feel into the idea that within you,
Within your heart center,
There is a divine flame.
This fire is one of passion,
Of love.
Perhaps transformation.
Golden white in color.
It is your connection above to the divine creative source energy that has created all life.
And so as you look up into the sky.
Just try to connect with that source,
That pulsation of creator God source energy.
That is pouring down its light onto the planet at this point in time.
And that light above your head comes down through you as a golden spiral.
As it makes its way towards your field.
It spirals in through the top of your head.
That golden spiral moves through your physical body.
As that golden spiral moves through your physical body,
It clears and takes away all impurities.
Like a corkscrew moving through you and down into the earth.
To offer her those energies to transmute into something positive.
As you feel this corkscrew of golden light moving through you.
Just ask,
Is there any part of your body that needs more of this light?
More of this purification?
More of this healing?
The golden light moves through this place and lights up.
Clears,
Removes impurities and brings in healing and life.
Vitality rejuvenation.
And keep bringing in this golden light.
As it swirls within you and clears and rejuvenates.
All the time from above.
Moving through and down into the ground.
And then as we look up again,
This time,
That golden light that is streaming in.
Spirals around the outside of your physical body.
Moving down into the earth.
Clearing any emotional baggage.
Any emotional heaviness.
As it moves through you.
The heaviness moves and is transformed to a sense of lightness of being.
Spiraling down into the ground.
And a continual connection with the divine and the earth.
And just check in to see whether there's anything else that you would like this golden light of healing to help you with.
And if so,
Just send that request.
And open your heart to receive.
By opening your heart,
You are expanding and looking up into the sky like a satellite dish.
Just receiving that golden healing energy.
As it pours into your being.
And then we move into the spiritual body,
Which is further away from our physical body.
As that golden light continues to come in.
And just ask for that light.
To enliven you.
To brighten you.
To bring in the essence of the spiritual warrior.
The warrior who knows he or she is light first and frequency.
And as you work with this energy,
You become a beacon of lights.
Like a lighthouse.
As you look around in the circle,
You see everyone is beaming out.
A light.
Staying centered within their being,
Within their heart.
And as our group's light frequency grows,
You see the circle glowing brighter and brighter until it's a solid disc of golden light.
Radiating out in all directions.
And continuing to breathe deeply,
Begin to see this light radiate out into your own home.
And as it lights up and shifts any heavier energies,
Your home becomes brighter and lighter.
Filled with love and respect.
Harmony.
And then you see that light shining beyond your home into the city in which you live.
Using golden rivers of lights.
Golden raindrops of lights.
Whatever comes to mind.
Bringing calm,
Respect and order.
Staying connected to that golden light above that is streaming into your field and down into the earth.
We're going to use our visual skills and imagine this golden,
Bright disc of ours is bringing in light from above and sending it down underneath.
To go to those places of the planet that need our light right now.
Much like the sun comes out from a cloud when you see those beautiful angel rays coming down to the earth.
I want you to imagine in your mind's eye that these golden light rays,
These golden angel rays,
Like a spotlight,
Are beaming down.
Onto the places of the planet where it is needed right now.
And as you hold the intention for peace,
Like a golden spotlight,
You see the areas lightening up.
People on the ground look up and can see the sunlight coming through the clouds.
And in so doing,
They breathe a sigh of gratitude for the peace that is present,
For the light that is present.
And for this new moon,
We call on all the angels,
The guides,
The beings of light.
Source Mother,
Father,
God.
To bring peace to humanity.
To bring love to humanity.
To bring a new dawn of the new human who is kind,
Respectful,
Compassionate.
Continuing to breathe into your heart center.
I want you to imagine now you are above looking down at planet earth.
And you see these golden rivers,
The golden lights just growing,
Gathering together and building more light.
Until the entire planet is surrounded by golden light.
Pouring down into the earth's crust,
Through the layers,
Connecting deep into that golden heart center.
Encased in golden light,
Planet earth is also grateful for the work that you are each doing in every moment of every day.
Choosing peace over war.
Choosing kindness over aggression.
Choosing calm over anxiety.
And choosing love over fear.
Choosing love over fear.
Coming back now to visualize yourself sitting in the circle.
Perhaps you look down and see that your heart flame is burning brighter as you choose love over fear.
And even if you cannot feel it,
Just remind yourself,
I choose love over fear.
You again notice that burning campfire,
The fire in the middle of our circle.
If there is anything within your field,
In your mind,
A thought,
Belief pattern,
I want you to take that now and offer it up to the fire for transformation.
You can scoop it out of your field,
You can look down and see it in your hands.
You can write a note with a message something you want to release.
And walk towards the fire and offer it in as it's burnt and released and let go of.
Using the new moon energies to start afresh.
To renew yourself moment by moment.
Coming back to sit in your place,
Perhaps while you're here,
Just ask if there is anything else you need to know.
Whether it's a gift they would like to give you or a message.
And as we bring our attention back down from above into our heart center,
We look around and just acknowledge everyone and leave the circle.
Go and find a place sitting quietly somewhere.
Feeling the energies of peace within you.
Feeling the energies of balance within you.
And also feeling the movement of the cycles as they move and change.
As we step into a new moon cycle,
Coming full circle again and again and again.
So now just taking a few deep breaths.
Coming back to this moment in time to the place you're sitting in.
Taking a long,
Long sigh of gratitude.
Feel the peace within you.
Feel the weight of your body wherever you are sitting.
