Right.
So I'm going to turn my camera off.

And to those who are joining late,
I mentioned a few things before we start the meditation,
But I'm going to write them up.
So you won't have missed anything.
And yes,
Let's step in.
Let me just make sure my phone is off.
Let's see.
Yes.
Right.
Right.
So this meditation obviously comes on the back of the lions gate yesterday,
Which is obviously just not one day,
But it's a period of time when I feel new awakenings are possible.
A window of opportunity,
Which I mentioned at our last gathering.
And it really is a portal or doorway,
If you like,
Into a different way of being.
It's an opportunity for each of us just to gather ourselves together,
Do a little life review and say,
Okay,
Going into this next cycle,
What do I want to take with me?
And what do I want to leave behind?
Because there are new pathways that are going to become available.
So if you can just settle yourselves down and begin by taking a few long deep breaths and putting your hand on your chest and just feeling into the energy of gratitude.
Gratitude is that wonderful energy that opens up our heart field naturally and allows everything that is heavier to just drop through it.
So as you breathe and create that even space of inhalation and exhalation and just slowing your breathing,
We can even begin to feel into gratitude using the image of the golden circle.
So if you had a golden circle type,
Who did who put your chest as you exhale,
Just expand into gratitude,
Gratitude for your life or your breath,
Whatever comes to mind and just opening that golden circle.
So that anything that is heavy in your head,
Anything you feel you need to release,
Just see it dropping through this golden circle of gratitude,
Moving down into the earth and just falling away,
Counting your blessings and on the inhalation,
Just really being grateful for that breath.
That is the highway along which your life force runs.
Just bringing yourself closer to the moment,
To the now you might want to make a noise when you breathe,
Just really connecting with the presence of the breath and maybe taking a sigh or feeling like you need to take a deeper inhalation.
And as you breathe,
Just feeling that your physical body starts to relax,
Knowing that the present moment is all we are asked to bring our attention towards at this point.
If you feel you can just say to yourself,
All is well,
All is well,
All is extremely well.
Now,
As you sit in your breath,
I want you to tune into your back and spine and just imagine that spinal cord as a golden strand of energy,
Taking your visual perception to just above your head and just seeing that above your head is a golden crown.
Maybe you want to bring some jewels to that crown heighten it,
Bring it up towards maybe 10 centimeters above your head and just see it shining golden,
Whatever color comes to mind and bring that golden energy down below under the base of your skull and begin bringing it down the spinal cord through each vertebrae until you drop out the bottom of your coccyx and take that golden cord all the way down into the earth.
While you're moving into her,
If gratitude for all she offers you,
The nourishment,
The safety and just pick up on any natural element that comes to mind,
Any part of nature in which you feel content and safe.
As you deepen your connection to the earth and feel yourself held by her through the gravity of your body,
Coming back into your heart center and just feeling the breath.
You're now ready to walk towards each other.
As we gather in a circle,
You might notice other members in the circle or other circles like ours that are either close or in the distance or gathering for one purpose to create a healing space for those that might need it.
And as you sit down,
Just adjust your crown.
If you need to see a few,
Do you have a robe on perhaps,
Or is there a blanket that you wish to cover yourself with?
Just tune into what it is you're wearing a color down at your arms and your ankles,
Your neck.
See if you have any jewelry on any other shiny bits of detail or natural elements,
Like a stick or a rock that might be nearby.
Just gather all those things towards you and claim your space in the circle.
And as we connect in with our hearts,
You tune into that golden orb,
The light within and just expand it like a hula hoop around you,
Around your physical body,
Front,
Back,
Left,
Right.
And moving that golden circle up to above your head and down below your feet.
So you're in a kind of an orb of gold.
And then just reach that left and right from your heart center to create a circle in which we are all gathered.
And as we gather,
We notice the golden sun up above us bringing forth new wisdom and insights and new ways of being.
As the golden circle then begins to become a sphere,
Like the flower of life,
Circles begin emanating from your heart as if you are blowing golden bubbles.
Those golden bubbles joined together to form this huge dome of gold,
The sphere of gold in the pattern of the flower of life,
Creating a field of unity,
Wisdom and heart-based connection in this field of unity.
There is balance and harmony.
And so at this point you can bring anyone you feel needs to become more aware or that you wish for a greater sense of consciousness,
Even if it's just so they can see themselves more clearly to reduce their suffering possibly.
And just see who comes into the circle and don't force them.
Don't do anything.
Just ask them to step into this golden sphere of light and to receive the golden rays from the sun up above,
Washes over them like a waterfall,
Like a shower of gold.
You may just want to shower gently like fairy dust.
And when they're ready,
They will leave the circle knowing that they have taken some insight and just looking around you from heart to heart,
Just ensuring that golden circle is connected fully as the center of the sphere,
Continuing to breathe in a slow,
Coherent way and using your spiritual sites.
Just imagine our golden ring,
Expanding ripple by ripple outside of our circle.
You might wish to imagine those ripples of gold moving through a home,
A building,
A city,
Town,
Or country.
And as these golden circles move out,
They themselves become individual circles,
Creating an open space that is filled with light and opportunity for a higher way of being.
You may wish to consider an environment or a piece of land or a community that you feel needs this right now.
And with the intention from your heart center,
Seeing this ripple out,
Just imagine a golden circle hovering above that space,
Not doing anything just there,
Just present,
Creating a light filled space for healing and growth and renewed connection between humans,
Between each other and within themselves.
You might see them like bubbles of light,
Just popping everywhere.
Other places of the planet that might need it right now.
Like you would look at the planet earth from outer space,
Filled with light and just growing in that golden hue of unity and harmony and peace so that people who lift their heads and start looking up for something,
Looking up out of their daily concerns,
Lifting their head and see this golden light,
Which they are able to connect into and which will share wisdom and insights that will help them on their journey forward.
And maybe at this point,
You yourself in your heart,
Hold the intention that you wish for the world that you envisage for the world that you envisage for yourself and your family and make that wish as we hold the circle and coming back to your heart center and feeling yourself again in the circle to see yourself opening up your hands in front of you with palms up and receive the golden light that is being poured into those hands.
And you can ask,
What is it that you need to receive right now?
And what is it also that you perhaps just need to release and let go?
Just allow that which you need to release to just flow down into the space underneath you,
Just disappearing and dissolving.
And as you do,
You feel that light within you just growing ever brighter,
Surrounding you,
Filling all the spaces.
Now,
What is it that you wish for yourself in this space?
Coming back again,
Breathing into a heart.
You can see the light filling up all those darker spaces on the planet.
You can see more people smiling,
More people hugging one another,
Being kind to one another.
And know that that is entirely possible.
And coming back to that beautiful crown on your head,
You can replace it with something else,
Or you can take it off,
But feel that your head is held high.
In the knowledge that you are a sovereign being,
An individual of great potential,
And that you are free.
So bring in that golden light from the left and right,
Into which you're connected closer into your chest.
You acknowledge everyone as you stand up and you walk away,
Find a sacred space where you are on your own,
Or perhaps meeting other people,
Or perhaps someone's waiting there for you.
And bringing back the awareness of gratitude again,
Using your imaginary mind to feel into the people,
Places,
Things that you might be grateful for,
Feeling your presence on the earth at this time,
Where you are needed in whatever way.
And just perhaps putting your hands into the pockets,
If you have pockets in your robe,
Or you've got something in front,
And see if there's any gifts that your guides,
Your team has offered you.
And always open your hands and see what's inside.
Show gratitude for the gift and the information.
And then coming back to the physical presence of your body,
Bringing your attention down from above your head into your chest,
Feeling that golden cord running down your spine,
Connecting deeply into the earth,
And feeling the weight of your body on the bed or on the chair.
And just take some time to come back to the awareness of your body.
And just as I close here now,
Just sit quietly for a while,
Make notes of anything that came to you.
And to finish,
I want to share that it feels my team are really bowing in gratitude to each one of you for all the work you have done over the past few years,
Knowingly or unknowingly,
In the seen realms or the unseen realms.
Each one of you has been working with your heart.
And for that,
They are deeply grateful since you have created change for the better within yourself and around you.
So I too bow in humble gratitude.
And I know the work that was done today is extremely powerful.
And so if you felt that you can do it again in your own visual,
But sit quietly now,
We will meet again.
And I send you so much love and blessings from my heart to yours.
