You can choose to sit or lie in stillness connecting with the breath and absorbing these words or you can choose to listen to these affirmations as you go about your day.
You might like to listen to this each day for the next 21 to 30 days to see if you notice any shifts within you,
However grand or subtle.
As we go through these affirmations,
I invite you to notice what's happening within your body.
Perhaps your body accepts them with ease or maybe you feel a little resistance.
Either way,
Your body is sending you a message.
And if any of these affirmations feel so far away from your truth,
Take a deep breath and just add what if at the start.
See what that does to your energy,
To your body,
To your mind.
There's no pressure here.
We just invite gentleness.
