Taking a few moments here,
Just settling down and settling in,
Allowing yourself to tune into the music,
The rhythm,
As well as your own body.
Taking the time to adjust yourself,
To move around,
Finding the position that is comfortable,
That feels right.
And as you're doing so,
Tune into your breath,
Tune into your body,
Tuning into the surrounding.
Maybe you're hearing more than the music,
More than the rhythm,
Just allowing yourself to be immersed in the sound and knowing deep within you that you are safe and you're free to give yourself this time and space to experience whatever that you need to experience.
If you feel uncomfortable or if you would like to stop,
You can always,
Always return to your own body,
To your own breath.
Now taking your attention and focus to the drum,
To the beat,
Going deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Getting softer and softer in the body.
In the room,
Rhythm,
Curiosity,
You start looking around and you realize that you are in your own heart.
And with the rhythm stopping,
You begin to tune into your own rhythm,
To your own heart,
Finding that song and that rhythm of your heart,
Noticing if you feel,
Hear,
See anything at this point as you're tuning in,
Knowing that there's nothing to expect and you fully trust and allow it to unfold for you.
If it feels comfortable for you in the room,
For you,
You might want to lie down,
You might sit down,
Just allow yourself to do whatever feels right,
Knowing that after removing all the external noise,
What remains is the song of your heart,
Is the rhythm of your heart,
The inner wisdom that's always within you.
Allow yourself to follow the sound and follow the song,
Allow yourself to tune in to what's within you.
Knowing that in this time,
In this space,
In this moment right now,
You're connecting with yourself,
With the song within,
With the wisdom within,
Nothing else matters.
Tune in,
Be immersed in your own heart,
In your own rhythm.
If it feels physically right for you,
You may choose to put your hands on your heart,
You may even choose to move around and dance and move to the rhythm and the song.
Perhaps today is not a song,
It's not a rhythm,
It's something else.
Can you listen in to that?
Wherever you are physically at this point,
I invite you to feel into your heart,
Your chest area,
Feeling it expand,
Feeling it open up.
As it opens up,
Imagine a ball of energy containing your heart song,
Your rhythm,
Your wisdom.
Maybe you hear it,
Maybe you see it,
Maybe you feel it today,
It doesn't matter.
It's all contained in that ball of energy,
The ball of light.
And imagining this ball of light entering into your heart space,
Expanding it even further.
You're feeling the expansion in your chest that slowly spreads throughout the body,
Up the shoulders,
Into the hands,
Down the body,
Into your stomach,
Into your legs and your feet.
And it also moves up to your head and with this energy flowing through the body,
It creates a space and expansion within you.
You can choose to take as much time as you want to be in this experience.

Start tuning back into your body,
Into your breath,
Bring your attention and focus back into the body.
You can bring your toes and your feet,
Taking in deep breath in and out.

Let it out through your mouth.
Start shaking your hands,
Your feet,
Bring the blood flow physically around your body.
Bring your attention back to this physical body,
Back to the physical space,
Hearing the physical sound around you and whenever you're ready,
Gently blink your eyes open.
Remember to drink lots of water,
Replenish yourself with fluids.
