It's time to lie back on your mat and relax into Savasana.
You can keep your head slightly supported with a blanket.
Make sure your head is not too high.
Let your eyes close.
If you wish,
You can cover them.
Bring your feet apart.
Keep your heels inward and your toes slightly outward.
Allow your arms to separate and rest alongside your body with the back of your hand resting on the ground.
Maybe cover your whole body with a warm blanket as you might start to feel cold while you lie here for a few minutes.
Now bring your mind's attention only to your place where you are sitting down or lying down.
Feel the weight of your body on the ground and allow your breath to flow naturally.
Start to relax your feet and your ankles.
Relax your lower legs and your knees.
Relax your thighs.
Relax your belly.
Begin to relax your chest.
Allow your shoulders to feel heavy and relax down onto the ground.
Allow the weight of your arms to be supported by the earth,
Relaxing your upper arms and your lower arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands.
Relax all the way to your fingertips.
Release any tension that may still be in your collarbones,
Your neck,
Your throat.
Release any tension from your jaw.
Maybe remove the tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Soften your face.
Soften that place between your eyebrows and quiet your mind,
Relaxing,
Releasing,
And letting go.
