Hello,
Thank you for joining me for this guided visualization.
Before we begin,
I encourage you to set up your space.
So perhaps that means lighting a candle,
Burning some sage,
Diffusing some essential oils,
Maybe grabbing a pen and a journal,
Keeping it close by.
And then I also just encourage you to close the door to whatever space you are in.
Really just committing and allowing this time for yourself to be undisturbed.
And then when you feel ready to find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
If we're seated,
Perhaps raising the hips just slightly higher than the knees with a bolster or a meditation cushion,
Even a blanket if you don't have one of those.
And once you've settled in,
Closing down your physical eyes.
Starting to become aware of your breathing.
Simply starting to deepen the inhale,
Sending it past your ribs into the low belly.
And allowing the exhale through the mouth,
Letting go.
And again,
A full belly breath in,
Starting to send that breath into the low belly.
And an exhale,
Let it all go.
So visualizing yourself standing to the entrance of the woods.
There's a path before you leading through the trees.
It's nighttime.
And you can see a beautiful crescent moon up above.
The stars sparkling,
Shimmering on the dark velvet sky.
There's a lantern in your one hand.
And you notice that the air is cool but comfortable.
You hold the lantern out in front of you and start walking down the path through the trees.
And as you walk,
You feel a sense of security here.
And comforted by the spirit of the woods surrounding you.
You continue to walk through the trees until you make your way to a clearing.
And in this clearing,
You notice a little old wooden house.
And you can see through the windows that the house is lit and warmed by a fire inside.
Looking up again at the crescent moon,
You smile,
Feeling a sense of home,
A sense of relief,
A sense of comfort.
And gracefully make your way towards the door,
Walking up three wooden steps.
And as you reach for the handle,
The door gently opens on its own.
To your right,
There's a hook just outside the door.
You hang your lantern up on this hook.
You walk inside and gently close the door behind you.
You take in your surroundings,
Noticing the wood floors,
The exposed floor beams above.
You take a look around and notice the house is empty.
You make your way towards the fire that has just been stoked.
In front of the fire is two rocking chairs.
You make your way over to one of the rocking chairs and you have a seat.
You gently begin to rock,
Mesmerized by the fire in front of you,
Feeling its warmth and its comfort.
You close your eyes here,
You take a big breath in.
And as you exhale,
You just relax a little bit more.
This wooden house feels like home,
Feels like you've been here before and you feel comforted here.
And as you rock,
You slowly open your eyes and you look beside you and you notice Archangel Michael is rocking in the chair next to you.
You feel his protective aura filling the home,
The clearing and expanding past the woods.
He doesn't say anything right away.
You too just gently rock,
Mesmerized by the fire.
As you rock here,
He calmly asks you,
What can I help you clear?
And you take a moment to feel his words washing over you.
What do you need Archangel Michael to help you clear?
You sit here for a moment,
Gently rocking back and forth.
And then you take a breath in and slowly start to express to Archangel Michael what he can help you with.
As you two sit here and rock back and forth,
You share anything and everything with Archangel Michael.
And he gently sits there listening and just rocking back and forth.
You finish relaying to Archangel Michael what he can support you with.
And with that,
He gently stands up,
Places his hand over your heart and says,
So mote it be.
You feel his healing energy passing through you.
You stand here for a moment feeling your heart chakra open to his touch.
And you take a breath in,
Close your eyes feeling his healing energy moving through you.
And with the exhale,
He is gone.
You take a minute here,
Just rocking and absorbing everything that has happened.
And when you feel ready to,
You gently and gracefully make your way out of the house.
You remove the lantern from the hook outside.
And you start to walk back through the clearing towards the path through the woods.
And with each step you take,
You feel a lightness washing over you.
You feel a sense of security and a sense of ease.
You glance back at the house behind you,
Knowing that you can return here whenever you need support from Archangel Michael.
You smile and continue to make your way towards the path through the woods.
So when you feel ready to,
Beginning to bring awareness back to your breathing.
Taking in a full belly inhale and a complete exhale.
Perhaps you take a moment here to bring your left hand over your heart space.
Just breathing into that center.
And then when you feel ready to,
You can gently open your eyes and start to bring your awareness back into the space you are in.
Noticing the objects in the room,
Maybe blinking your eyes a few times.
Really just grounding yourself into the present moment here.
And as always,
Now is an incredible time to journal if that is part of your practice.
Maybe you write down about the experience you had during your meditation.
Maybe writing down how you feel afterwards.
Just allowing the words to flow through you,
A conscious stream of writing.
