Hello and welcome back to the 20 Day Meditation Challenge.

You have officially made it halfway through.
So today on day 11,
We are going to continue pulling in what our soul desires.
What it is calling us to bring forth into this year.
So take a minute to set up your space.
Pause the recording if you need and then find yourself seated or lying down and closing down your physical eyes and starting to bring your awareness to the room that you're in.
Feeling the temperature of the air on your skin.
Feeling any textures,
Any fibers touching your body and then we'll take a big breath in audible exhale out ah again big breath in and audible exhale out one more time on your own big breath in and now bringing yourself into your sacred space the space you've created that's just your own and find yourself taking a seat in the chair that is built just for you you sit back and the weather is just to your liking take in your surroundings 360 degrees you notice what's in the sky above you what textures you feel beneath your feet the type of clothing you have on perhaps there's a forest around you a white sandy beach what does this space smell like to you what sounds can you hear taking in as much detail as you can from your space in nature and beside you your higher self arrives look at them and take in their unconditional love i only want you to be happy they say are you happy you feel your heart open and expand and the honesty pours out of you are you truly happy they ask as you respond they place a hand on your shoulder and a hand over your heart this space your space here in nature is a small glimpse into what your soul desires for you to be truly happy yes you can be happy without all of this but if you can begin to bring small pieces of this into your present into your physical world you can help cultivate more joy and live from a place of joy a place of authenticity do you think you can do that they ask you you think about any small or large way you can bring this space into your physical world perhaps you can bring in the smell of your surroundings through essential oils and candles maybe you can bring in some natural elements from your space in nature into your home you walk around your space here and allow your mind to be creative and how you can start cultivating what is around you into your physical world you bring yourself back to your breathing feeling the textures and fibers on your skin the temperature of the room and fully coming up when you're ready
