Hello and welcome.
Thank you so much for joining me for this guided visualization.
My name is Brittany if I haven't officially met you yet and I am really super honored and grateful
that you are here.
So if you haven't already done so,
Set up your space,
Perhaps smudging the room,
Running the diffuser,
Lighting an incense or a candle in a safe space,
And then make sure you have a journal or paper and something to write with nearby
so you can jot down anything that comes to you after this meditation.
And then when you're ready to,
You can close down your physical eyes,
Finding your comfortable resting place and settling in.
And then beginning to bring awareness to the room you're in,
Noticing any sounds,
The temperature of the air on your skin,
And then starting to draw your awareness inwards.
Beginning to notice the natural ebb and flow of your breath,
And then starting to deepen your inhale,
Breathing in past your ribs,
Into the low belly,
And all the way down into your womb.
And as you exhale,
Softening,
Releasing,
And letting go.
And then breathing in past your ribs,
Low belly,
Into your womb,
And exhaling completely.
You're welcome to take your left hand over your womb space,
And your right hand over your heart
if you feel guided to.
And continuing this deep breathing for the next minute or so.
And now visualize yourself standing at the entrance of a heavily wooded forest.
The sun is setting.
You feel the earth warm beneath your feet.
The temperature of the air is just to your liking.
And in your left hand,
You hold a lantern.
As the sun fully sets on the horizon,
A pathway begins to open into the forest right at your feet.
You reach your lantern out to the sky,
And begin to walk down the path toward the soft sound of music,
Like a gentle humming.
The lantern illuminates your path,
Giving you a sense of comfort,
Safety,
And peace.
You make your way into a clearing.
And see three women,
Digging in the earth,
Humming softly in a beautiful chorus together.
The one closest to you looks up and smiles.
She holds up her lantern,
And beckons you to come forward.
You walk towards her.
She offers her hand.
You feel comfortable here,
Like you have known these women your entire life.
You place your hand in hers.
She sits down the lantern,
And reaches up towards the night sky.
You follow her gaze,
And see the dark outline of the new moon.
You notice these women are planting seeds under the darkness of the new moon.
She offers you a small spade,
Which you take.
She walks you over to an open space in the clearing.
This is your spot for you to plant your seeds.
The seeds that you wish to sow and nurture through the next lunar cycle.
You sit for a moment,
Rooted on the earth,
Placing your lantern down beside you.
You place your left hand over your womb,
And your right hand over your heart,
Asking yourself,
What do I wish to plant at the beginning of this lunar cycle?
What seeds do I wish to sow and nurture through the next lunar cycle?
What seeds do I wish to sow and nurture through the next lunar cycle?
And as you remove your hand from your heart and your womb,
You notice seeds in both your hands.
You begin to dig into the dirt,
Smelling its fresh,
Fertile energy,
Feeling the warmth of the soil.
And one by one,
You lay your seeds of intention in the earth.
Once you've laid the last seed in the earth,
You cover them gently,
Sealing in your intention with your hands over the earth,
Filling the seeds with unconditional love,
Grace,
Compassion,
And kindness.
You look back at the other women,
Who are also covering up their seeds.
You pick up your lantern and meet them in the center of the clearing.
You all place your lanterns in the center and hold hands in circle.
In unity.
You take a big breath in and out.
And you repeat the words with the women in circle with you.
We call on the darkness of the new moon.
Please nurture us.
Allow us to grow and germinate in the sacred soils of Mother Earth.
May you keep our intentions and seeds safe.
May you keep our intentions and seeds safe.
And then allowing them to blossom and grow with the light of the full moon.
You all reach your arms up to the sky,
Taking in the dark outline of the new moon.
And so it is.
You pick up your lantern,
Take in the faces of those who planted seeds with you this evening.
Smile at one another.
And then make your way out of the forest,
Through the path you entered.
And you can start to invite in some wiggles into your fingers,
Into toes.
Perhaps rotating your wrists.
Gently opening the eyes.
Taking in your surroundings,
The room you're in.
And then taking this opportunity to journal about any intentions your soul wanted to set
with this new moon.
Journaling about anything that came up,
That you planted in the earth.
And thank you so much for being here and sharing this time and space with me.
It really is an honor.
