Welcome.
This meditation is for the moments where nothing quite makes sense anymore.
Where what used to feel certain doesn't.
Where who you used to be no longer fits.
And who you are becoming isn't fully clear yet.
You may feel like you're floating between versions of your life.
A liminal space.
A space between timelines.
Not there anymore,
But not here yet either.
This space can feel unsettling.
But you're not lost.
You're in between.
If at any point this feels overwhelming,
You can pause,
Open your eyes,
Or return to your breath.
Let's begin.
Take a slow breath in and let it go through the mouth.
Again.
Slower this time.
Let your body begin to settle.
Even if your mind is still moving.
You don't need to stop your thoughts.
You don't need to figure anything out.
Just notice that you are here.
There is a space in life that isn't often talked about.
The space where things have ended,
But nothing new has fully begun.
Where the old identity has dissolved,
But the new one hasn't formed.
And in this space,
It can feel like you don't recognize yourself the same way.
The things that once felt aligned,
No longer do.
The future feels unclear.
And the past feels distant,
Or heavy,
Or confusing.
There is no solid ground here.
No clear direction.
Just space.
And your mind will try to fix this.
It will reach for answers.
For clarity.
For something to hold on to.
It may replay conversations.
Revisit decisions.
Or try to make sense of what changed.
Because not knowing feels unsafe.
And not knowing feels like losing control.
But notice.
Has trying to figure it all out actually brought you peace?
Or has it kept you circling?
Before we go deeper,
Let's anchor you.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Feel the weight of your body being held.
Right now,
In this exact moment,
You are safe.
Nothing is required of you here.
Now,
Only if it feels okay,
Gently notice how this in between shows up in your body.
Just notice.
Maybe it feels like restlessness.
Maybe emptiness.
Maybe tension.
Or maybe nothing at all.
All of that is okay.
Instead of trying to escape this space,
See if you can sit with it.
Not inside the fear,
But beside it.
Like you are sitting in a quiet,
Open room.
Nothing defined and nothing decided.
No timeline to follow.
Just space.
Take a breath in and a slow breath out.
This space can feel like nothing is happening.
But something is happening.
This is where identities dissolve.
Where old patterns loosen.
Where what no longer fits,
Falls away.
Even if it feels like confusion,
There is a quiet reorganization happening beneath the surface.
You are not stagnant.
You are in transition.
You do not need to rush clarity.
You do not need to force answers.
You do not need to become the next version of yourself overnight.
There is nothing wrong with being here.
Even if it feels uncomfortable.
Even if it feels unfamiliar.
This is part of the process.
Trust doesn't always feel like confidence.
Sometimes it feels like staying.
Staying present when everything in you wants to escape.
Staying grounded when nothing feels certain.
Staying with yourself even when you don't recognize who you are yet.
Now,
You are still here.
Breathing.
Oh,
That is enough.
Take a slow breath in and let it go.
Feel your body again.
Feel the support beneath you.
You are not behind.
You are not doing this wrong.
You are in the space between timelines.
And even here,
You are becoming.
Begin to deepen your breath.
Bringing awareness back to your body.
Back to the space around you.
Gently invite movement back in by wiggling your fingers or your toes.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You don't need all the answers.
You just need to stay with yourself.
And you can do that.
Welcome back.
