Even though I have so much stress,
I accept how I feel and I'm open to letting it go now.

I feel so much stress.
Side of the eye.
Everything going on is so stressful.
Under the eye.
All this stress is overwhelming.
Under the nose.
I feel overwhelmed.
Dip of the chin.
This overwhelming stress.
Collarbone.
But what if I can lower the release of stress hormones?
Under the arm,
Maybe tapping and laughter can help me relieve some of this stress.
Top of the head.
Maybe I can let go of this stress.

Now gently laugh to help lower cortisol levels.
