We'll start off with a two-two rhythm in the nose and out the mouth,
And then move into a one-one rhythm.
Find a comfortable space,
Either seated or lying down.
If it feels good,
Close down your eyes,
Turning your attention inwards.

Making that initial connection with your breath as we get ready to breathe together.

As you breathe,
Feel your body come alive a little bit more with each breath.
Feel the life force flowing.
Feel the vital energy growing.
We're about to come into a hold.

Let it feel good to be in your body.
