And imagine a large sailing ship gracefully gliding across the ocean.

Along with your inhalation,

Follow the wind as it fills the ship's sails,

Creating a sense of movement and momentum.

Now,

Gently let go of this image and turn your attention inward.

Let the ship become a symbol of your own being,

Representing the vastness of your inner world.

Just as the wind supports the sails,

With each inhalation,

Feel a sense of self-compassion rising from within and gently filling your spirit.

Remember to whisper in your heart this sentence,

In every moment and through each action,

I'm doing the best I can.

Embrace the experience fully,

Savoring this profound sense of inner wholeness.

As you slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Carry this feeling with you,

Inner wholeness,

Rooted in self-compassion and trust.
