Hello friend,

Thank you for practicing with me.

In this meditation we are going to go deep within our hearts to the deepest part of our soul where we will connect with our highest self,

Our divine light,

And find true sanctuary.

Take a deep breath in from the base of the spine.

Take a deep breath in all the way to the crown of the head and exhale it all the way back down.

Again,

Nice deep breath in all the way to the crown of the head and exhale it out.

And continue with that breath,

Allowing your breath to be long and even.

Allow the breath to begin to slow your mind.

Feel your shoulders release.

Relax your jaw.

Bring our awareness now to your heart.

Breathing in through the back of the heart.

Breathing out through the front.

Breathing in through the back of the heart.

Begin to imagine that you're walking down a spiral staircase deep within your heart.

Walking down five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

At the bottom of the stairs,

There's a door.

You open the door and step onto a path.

The path is lined with trees.

Feel the crunch of the leaves beneath your feet.

You begin to feel a sense of peace already.

As you walk along the path,

You feel the sun on your skin.

Path winds through the wood and then you come to a building.

It's almost covered in branches and vines.

You hadn't known it was there.

You might have passed.

This is a small building with two columns in front.

As you open the door,

You step into the most beautiful sanctuary.

There are candles surrounding you and lit by candle.

It is beautiful.

You see the flickering of the lights illuminating the entire room.

You take a seat and you realize that you are surrounded by angels singing in their beautiful chorus.

It fills your heart and soul and uplifts you.

Taking a deep breath into your heart,

Allow that scene to feel the peace that it brings.

As all worries and doubt melt away,

The divine light is shining down on you,

Washing away the worries and filling you with its light.

You are one with this light.

Allow yourself to be here in this amazing peace,

In this beautiful sanctuary.

As you let the scene soak deep into your soul,

We'll take a deep inhale for the count of 10.

Four.

Feeling the angels all around you and the light shining down from above.

We'll do that same breath again,

Breathing in deeply from the base of your spine to the count of 10.

When the angel voices and the light have filled you and you feel complete,

Knowing that is always here within you,

All you must do is close down your eyes.

For now,

You leave the sanctuary.

All the way back to the door.

Going back up the staircase.

Back in your present space.

Noticing the peace and tranquility that you have.

Take a deep breath in from the base of your spine all the way to the crown of your head and exhale it back down.

One more just like that.

And sigh it out.

Setting your intention for your day,

You've completed this practice.

Thank you for practicing with me.

You
