There's nowhere and nothing I love more than home sweet home.
Home sweet home for me is in the Great Bear Constellation.
The Great Bear Constellation,
Along with over 80 other constellations or groups of stars,
Is in the Milky Way galaxy,
Just like Earth where you live.
Have you seen the Milky Way?
It looks like a rainbow of starshine,
Arched across the sky,
That you can see from high in the mountains or in the darkness of a desert on a clear dark night.
And if you have a really,
Really powerful telescope,
You can see through the Great Bear Constellation to other galaxies far beyond the Milky Way.
Some of those galaxies look like objects you know on Earth.
One of them looks like a cigar,
And another looks like a pinwheel.
And,
Well,
The brightest stars in my home looks like the outline of a great bear.
That's why it's called the Great Bear Constellation.
But the Great Bear Constellation is far more than just a group of stars.
Throughout the universe,
It is known as the home of the Great Bear,
One of the wisest,
Most loving beings in all creation.
The Great Bear is number one,
Numero uno,
Numero un,
Numero eins,
Reason I call my home in the Great Bear Constellation home sweet home.
It is the wisdom and love of the Great Bear that keeps all the celestial bodies,
Suns,
Moons,
Planets,
Comets,
Stars,
And galaxies rotating harmoniously in space.
Once,
I even saw the Great Bear hold your entire solar system in one paw.
Earth,
Mercury,
Jupiter,
Saturn,
Uranus,
Venus,
Neptune,
And Mars,
All revolving around your sun in his huge palm.
Make no mistake,
The Great Bear can assume huge proportions,
Far bigger than even the constellation in which he lives.
Why,
Looking inside his belly alone,
One sees galaxy after galaxy swirling and whirling.
The Great Bear's face bears a reflection as peaceful as a still lake,
A peace beyond peace,
A peace that makes my home sweet home the sweetest home you can imagine.
It's a million times sweeter than the sweetest,
Tastiest honey you or Pooh Bear have ever tasted.
That peace beyond peace is the nectar of gods and angels.
I know this because I'm blessed,
So blessed to experience it over and over again.
Would you like to know the story of how I first tasted and experienced this peace,
This golden nectar,
Sweeter than any honey in every cell of my Blissberry Bear body,
And how you can taste and experience it too?
It happened one miraculously magical night when I,
Along with my sister Bhakti Bear,
Poet Bear,
Believing Bear,
And Chi Bear,
Were singing and meditating around a roaring starfire,
What you might call a campfire on Earth,
With the Great Bear.
The moment we stopped singing,
Everything inside me and outside me suddenly became silent.
All sensations in my body suddenly disappeared.
All that I knew myself to be suddenly vanished.
All that once was was suddenly submerged into a serene sea of peace,
Peacefulness.
I was empty of all but peace.
Immersed in this peace for what seemed like eons,
I suddenly felt a vibration arising within.
A vibration that sounded like choirs of angels singing,
But it was melodious music I could feel,
Not hear.
A melodious musical vibration that seemed to pulsate in every cell of my body.
A melodious musical vibration that I sensed was also pulsating in Bhakti Bear's body,
In Chi Bear's body,
In Believing Bear's body,
And in Poet Bear's body too.
A melodious musical vibration I sensed that was flowing through,
Not from,
The Great Bear's magnificent being,
Through me,
Through Bhakti Bear,
Through Believing Bear,
Through Chi Bear,
And through Poet Bear too.
A melodious musical vibration that was pulsating throughout all of creation and entering the bodies of everyone on Earth too.
Maybe you will feel,
Hear,
Or sense this melodious musical vibration flowing through you too as you continue to listen.
A vibration that says,
Please remember,
I made eyes to twinkle and sparkle.
Do yours?
Lips to smile.
Do yours?
Ears to listen to beautiful music.
Do yours?
Ears to enjoy the sounds of nature.
Breezes blowing through leaves.
Crickets chirping.
Thunder clapping.
Water flowing.
Birds singing.
Stars swirling and spinning through space.

Mouths to speak softly,
Lovingly,
And truthfully.

It's really so easy,
Not like doing chores.
I also made noses to smell sweet,
Sweet fragrances.

Steps to have a lively bounce in them.

Shoulders to be strong and very movable.
Are yours?
Healthy bodies to stand tall and erect like a giant grizzly bear.
Does yours?
Yes,
So easy.
Not at all like chores.
And I made fingers very nimble and flexible to pick things up and hold them.

I also made your nails and teeth pearly white to reflect your purity.
How often do you feel your purity?
Yes,
Please remember.
I made hands to hold,
Then release,
Create,
Not kill.
How do you use yours?
Hands to clap in joyous celebration.
Do yours?
Skin to be touched and fingers to touch with love and softness.
Are you using them so?
To do so helps you live in my divine flow.
I made toes to wiggle.
Do yours?
Knees to bend.
Do yours?
Spines to be flexible and bend,
Then stand tall again.
Does yours?
Tongues to enjoy tasting without indulging.
Does yours?
All these I made as simply and easily as water pours.
As simply and happily as I made voices to sing.

Eyes to see the beauty in everything.
Do yours?
Bodies to move and dance.
Does yours?
Legs and feet to support you.
Do you thank them?
Oh my,
Your whole body is such a precious gem.

Fruits to nurture you with sweetness and nutrients.
Flowers to delight your eyes and noses.
Are you enjoying them?

I made the seasons,
The tides,
Day and night,
The moon cycles,
The rotation of all the planets around a central sun to show you there is a purpose and perfect timing to everything.
Are you in tune with my divine timing?
It's really not so tiring and will always leave you smiling.
Oh yes,
And I made winds to blow then to be silent and still to show you there are times for movement and times for rest.
Do you realize and honor that you need both?
Yes,
You do need both for your healthy growth.

Indeed.
I created the light of day for you to be active in the dark of night to rest.
What do you use them for?
Some apples red,
Some green,
Some yellow,
Some purple,
And some with several colors.
They are still apples.
