This short, easy-to-do, and remember guided meditation will help your child and you feel calm, centered, safe, and relaxed. It instantly connects them with the powerful love in their heart, soothing whatever else may be going on. It is especially wonderful to do whenever your child is upset, sad, nervous, angry, jealous, or feeling anything besides Bliss! It restores bliss, trust in oneself, and self-confidence. It’s also a great way to start the day before ever getting out of bed in the morning and to end the day before going to sleep at night. Hands to heart breathing.

This will help you feel calm,

Centered,

Safe,

And relaxed.

It is especially wonderful to do whenever you are upset,

Sad,

Nervous,

Angry,

Jealous,

Or feeling anything besides joy and bliss.

It's also a great way to start the day before you ever get out of bed in the morning,

And to end the day when you go to sleep at night.

Bring your hands to your heart chakra in the center of your chest,

Right there next to your physical heart,

One hand on top of the other.

Focus your mind,

Your attention right there at your heart.

Feel your heart beat.

Say out loud,

Or even silently to yourself,

Thank you heart.

On the next breath in,

Imagine you are breathing in love,

And silently say to yourself,

I am love.

On the next breath out,

Imagine you are breathing out whatever you no longer want to feel,

And say to yourself,

I am safe.

Continue this for several minutes,

Or until you really feel loved and safe.

Breathing in love,

Saying to yourself,

I am love.

Breathing out whatever you no longer need,

And saying to yourself,

I am safe.

I am love as you breathe in.

I am safe as you breathe out.

Then,

Give yourself a big hug,

And if someone else is around that you want to hug,

Give them a big hug too.

There are other wonderful things you can say to yourself,

Along with I am love,

I am safe.

You could say,

I am bliss,

I am safe.

I am confident,

I am safe.

I trust myself,

I am safe.

I love,

And then you can add whoever or whatever you want,

Like your mom and your dad,

Your brothers and sisters,

Your friends,

Your pets,

Your favorite thing to do,

Whatever or whoever makes you feel really,

Really great.

Know that you are loved,

And you are safe.
