My name is Tomek and I welcome you to this meditation.
As always,
I'm honored that you allow me to be your guide today.
The intention behind today's practice is for you to experience energizing and cleansing effects of sound frequencies that are specifically designed to bring your body and mind into the state of coherence.
I hope you will enjoy this journey.
Up to 60% of human body is water.
Your brain,
Your heart,
Your skin,
Even your bones contain large percentage of water.
That's what makes us so susceptible to sound.
Although your ears are uniquely qualified to translate sounds into perception,
It is through your entire body that you receive various frequencies that affect your state of being.
Imagine a mother hearing a crying baby.
The sound makes her immediately alert and ready to comfort the child.
Or the sound of the ocean surf,
Proven to have calming,
Even healing effect on your mind.
Science shows that various frequencies have different effect on your body and mind.
Today I invite you to join me on a journey through a soundscape of 7 frequencies representing 7 energy centers in your body.
You are welcome to simply listen and allow the sound to guide you.
Or if you have done similar practice before,
Feel free to hum along matching the sound and the pitch.
This should amplify the effects of this meditation.
Are you ready?
For this meditation I invite you to lie down on your back.
Make yourself at ease.
And cross your arms and legs,
Allowing unrestricted flow of breath and energy.
Rest your head,
Giving it support.
And allow the sound to take you on this journey.
As a preparation,
Tune in into the rhythm of your breath.
Feel how your body gently expands and contracts as you breathe in and breathe out.
If you feel any discomfort in your body,
Soften it.
When you hear the first sound,
Bring your attention to the lower part of your body,
3 inches below your belly button.
You may imagine a vibrant red color surrounding this part of your body.
Your entire body will immediately close its eyes as a collision activity.

You You Now as you are about to hear the second sound move your attention to your navel and Imagine a vibrant orange energy surrounding this part of your body You You You Now move your attention towards your solar plexus As you do that Imagine a vibrant yellow color You You You And now move towards your chest and imagine Vibrant green energy surrounding center of your heart as you hear the next sound You You You Moving on to your throat this time Imagine a vibrant blue color Surrounding your throat as you hear the sound You You You Now move your attention to the space between your eyebrows and Imagine a vibrant violet color You You And now for the last time move your attention towards the top of your head and Imagine a vibrant white aura on top of your head as you hear the sound You You You You Now to conclude this journey start paying attention to the sounds around you Bring your attention to the room you are in Feel sensations inside of your body Feel the touch of your skin on the surface You may gently wiggle your toes move your fingers Tilt your head also slowly gently to the left To the right And take one deep cleansing breath in through your nose And out through your mouth And when you're ready open your eyes and welcome back Thank you so much for being part of this meditation I Hope you can feel now the effects of the sound frequencies You can repeat this practice for a couple of days.
