All right,

This is a short meditation that's meant to be used in your morning routine to check off that box that's meditation or stillness or breath work and We're gonna just dive in real quick to keep it short for you.

So sit down or stand up Whichever feels more comfortable right now and Softly close your eyes,

So Just have your eyelids touch really gently and Put one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest and Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth and when you breathe in breathe into your belly first and then into your chest and out through the mouth and As you breathe in feel your belly rise even Exaggerate it a little bit feel your belly rise feel it with your hand and exhale out through the mouth And do the same thing into your belly first and then into your chest feel the expansion let the breath fill up your whole upper torso and exhale out the mouth a few breaths like that Big into the belly let the belly expand let the fresh full air Fill you up in your belly and your chest and Even sit up a little taller Have some physical movement in your body In through the nose and out through the mouth And now when you start breathing Continue filling the belly first the chest first But then also fill the throat fill your face with the breath with that fresh air coming in through the nose Fill it all up You're sitting up taller.

Your shoulders are back Yet relaxed and down Maybe your chin is up a little bit as you fill your body with this fresh clean energy Breathing in through the nose down into the belly filling up your belly filling up your chest Filling up your face and your arms as you stand up tall sit up tall and You exhale it all out your mouth We'll do two more breaths like that breathe in through the belly into the chest expand sit up Exhale out the mouth Into the belly into the chest fill the arms fill the face with new energy and exhale out all the stress and Let us smile come to your face Feel relaxed feel present And you can start getting on with your day
