Welcome to group guided meditation.
Today we're going to do a meditation on balancing your chakras.
So sit up nice and straight,
Shoulders are back.
You're in a comfortable space where there's not a lot of noise.
That's just for you for the whole seven minutes and close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
And exhale all the air out.
And again,
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Know that in this moment,
All is well.
Now,
Bring your attention to the very bottom of your spine.
Right at the tip of your spine.
This is where your first chakra is.
And in your imagination,
Imagine a beautiful red ball,
The size of a tennis ball.
But glowing red and it's spinning clockwise.
See this ball slowly spinning clockwise.
And with each spin right there at the bottom of your spine,
It becomes brighter and brighter.
The first chakra is about grounding.
It's about being a person.
In this moment,
See that ball becoming brighter,
A beautiful glowing scarlet red.
And then move up your spine.
Right where your reproductive area is,
This is your second chakra.
And right there,
There is a orange ball of light.
In your imagination,
See this orange ball of light turning clockwise.
And with each turn,
It's more orange.
The most beautiful bright orange you have ever seen.
This is where you connect to your creativity,
To birth,
To giving to the world.
Take a deep breath and continue up your spine to your third chakra.
This is right above your belly button.
And it is a beautiful yellow ball of light.
See this yellow ball of light spinning clockwise at the perfect speed.
And just becoming brighter and brighter like the sun.
Each spin,
It feels more bright,
More beautiful,
More clear.
This is where you hold your will.
This is where your power comes from.
As you're climbing up your spine and into your third chakra,
Take a moment to feel your own power in your own life.
And take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Move up your spine to right where your heart is.
This is your fourth chakra.
And the ball that is there is green.
A beautiful bright forest green spinning clockwise.
See this ball becoming brighter,
Becoming clearer.
And with each spin,
You feel more connected to your emotions,
To love,
To your heart speak,
To what you feel.
And take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Move up your spine to your neck.
And this is your fifth chakra.
And right there on your neck is a beautiful blue ball of light spinning clockwise.
See this beautiful blue ball of light.
And with each spin,
It becomes brighter and clearer.
And you feel like you can speak your truth more.
Like anything you're holding back,
You don't do that anymore.
You want to tell your truth and be your truth.
This is also another place where you hold your will,
Your will to do the things that you really want to do in your life.
So as this ball spins clockwise,
Continue to move up your spine.
As you take a deep breath in.
Now imagine at your sixth chakra in the middle of your eyebrows,
Right above your eyebrows is a beautiful indigo ball of light,
A blue purple,
And it's spinning clockwise.
And you might feel a pressure in between your eyebrows.
See that spinning.
And with each spin,
You feel closer to your guidance in your life.
You feel more connected to your intuition.
You feel like you are connected to your highest self.
Continue to see this beautiful indigo ball spinning clockwise as you take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale right at the top of your head,
Imagine right where your baby spot is when you were born,
Is a white crystal ball of light,
And it's spinning clockwise on top of your head.
And it's the most beautiful crystal white you've ever seen.
This is your connection to the universe or to whatever you believe in.
This is your connection to your source,
To your spirituality,
To what guides you and holds you.
And as it continues to spin,
That ball becomes bigger and bigger,
And it starts to pour down over the rest of your body,
The rest of your chakras,
All the way to the floor and surrounds you in a beautiful ball of crystal light.
Each one of your chakras are brighter than ever before.
They're clear.
Take a moment to feel grateful for the energy that you carry inside you every day.
And take a deep breath in.
And exhale all the air out.
And again,
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Come back into the space that you're in.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Good.
So that's a chakra meditation.
It's really good for at the end of the day,
Just clearing your day away.
