This is a simple meditation, but lasting for a longer 20 minutes. Here, you will be asked to mentally repeat the word 'calm' on the in-breath and 'calm' on the out-breath. This will help to increase your attention on the meditation object, and will hopefully help you to relax. For some, be aware that longer meditations could feel challenging; stop if you feel discomfort.
