Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths in and out,

Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension in your body.

Imagine yourself standing in front of a dark sky.

Although you can't see it,

The moon is there,

Hidden with a cloak of darkness,

Taking some good rest.

As you gaze at the new moon,

Take a moment to think about what new beginnings and opportunities you want to manifest in your life.

Let your thoughts and intentions be clear in your mind.

Repeat to yourself the following affirmation.

I trust in the power of the new moon to bring new opportunities and growth into my life.

Now imagine a beam of energy coming from the dark moon,

Washing you over and your surroundings with ease and peace.

Feel the warmth and calmness filling your body and mind.

Take a deep breath in and hold it for a few seconds.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing any doubts,

Fears or negative thoughts you might have about your intentions.

Repeat the affirmation to yourself once more.

I trust in the power of the new moon to bring new opportunities and growth into my life.

Take a few more deep breaths in and out,

Feeling the energy of the new moon surrounding you.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to ground yourself back in the present.

Remember the intentions and opportunities you set for yourself during this meditation and take them with you as you go about your day.
