Hi there.
This is now my first time where I'm showing and explaining you what my very personal own dance style,
My own movement understanding,
And I think best is not to explain with too many words,
But show you.
So maybe you can do it with me.
One more time.
Maybe you realize immediately how my body and my gesture changes while I'm doing this.
Movement,
This impulse,
Where it gave me immediately Confidence,
Courage,
I feel a little bold,
I felt a little bit.
Here I am.
So.
Basically,
What I'm doing in my sessions,
In my dance classes,
Or what I want to unlock in ourselves,
We have everything in our body.
Our body has all the wisdom.
And sometimes when we,
For example,
Want to create a certain energy,
We try to do it with our head.
We think like,
Oh,
I would like to be more confident.
I would like to be more courageous and I would like to do this and that.
But we miss that our body has all these feelings,
Sensations stored and we just need to bring them on the surface and unlock them.
And when,
Do it with me,
When you do a movement,
Suddenly my body remembers,
Ah,
This is the feeling of being confident,
Being courageous.
And that's where the magic happens.
We can bring body,
Mind,
And soul together.
So in my own dance language,
In my dance classes,
We work with somatic approaches where we arrive in our body.
We,
From our rational mind,
From the world,
We arrive in our body,
Body awareness,
Sensations,
Feeling,
Just open ourselves up.
And I give little impulses for certain topics,
Courage,
Confidence,
Whatever it is to unlock these sensations in our body.
And I always let you explore how does that feel?
What can you do with this movement?
How can movement Continue from there.
So basically my goal with every session is that you feel more connected to your body but also create more strength,
More confidence,
More courage in your body by unlocking that in your body and create it in your very own flow.
That sounds a lot,
If you stay curious,
You don't need to be a dancer,
You don't need to be a movement expert.
In my understanding,
Walking is already dancing and moving.
So it is more being curious and allowing yourself to explore.
That's basically all what you need.
And if you just have a feeling that you sometimes feel like you want to unlock more,
You want to give yourself a boost,
You want to.

Experiment a little bit more,
Then maybe one of my sessions might be the right thing for you.
It is a mix of somatic dance,
But I'm trained as a modern dance teacher.
And don't be afraid of the term modern dance.
It's more like modern dance was always aimed to.

Dance from the inside.
It's not about the performance.
It's more about what is inside our body.
And we can use that.
We can do movements where we are feeling bold,
Courageous,
Whatever that is.
And so I'm mixing these two genres,
So to say.
