Welcome to this guided higher self visualization in which you will expand your consciousness,

Deepen your awareness and ground in the energy of the highest version of yourself who has already acquired everything you dream of having in your physical world.

Our external world and everything we can see,

Smell,

Touch,

Taste and hear is all determined by our internal world.

Our thoughts,

Emotions,

Feelings and most importantly our vibrational frequency,

The energy which we are embodying.

Our perception makes up our world.

And while you might not be in full control of what other people do or what happens around you,

You are in full control of your perception and the energy you are embodying.

With practice you can consciously observe and choose your thoughts and your reaction to certain things and ultimately direct them to where you want them to be.

Remember your thoughts make up your perception and your perception makes up your world.

A funny thing about our brain is it can't decipher whether an image seen is actually real in the physical world or if it's made up in our mind.

There's no difference in the brain.

Therefore when you practice seeing yourself and your life the way you wish for them to be in your mind,

It becomes easier and easier for you to call that in as your reality outside of your mind in the physical world.

That is why visualization is one of the most powerful tools to manifest your desires.

By creating a clear image in your mind and pairing it with a high vibration,

A positive emotion,

It signals to your brain and body that this is good,

This feels good,

This brings out positive emotion and this is what is happening right now.

You are practicing the feeling of having that thing in your physical reality and therefore by the law of attraction you are attracting it to you.

You attract anything that you are a vibrational match to.

It's important you come from a place of knowing and trusting that the universe delivers your vibrational match to you always and trusting your inner knowing,

Your intuition,

That you know exactly which steps to take.

Even if you don't see them all now,

You only ever have to see the next step.

While knowing you're heading in the direction of your destination and you will get there.

It's inevitable.

Just one step at a time.

Let's practice visualizing your ideal future alongside the emotions you want to feel and the energy you want to embody.

Let's begin.

Sitting in a comfortable position,

Gently close down your eyes and begin dropping into your body.

Feel your body being supported.

Feel the points at which your body is pressing into whatever you're sitting on and feel the energy around you rising up to support your physical body.

Take three slow,

Long,

Deep breaths and allow yourself to focus on nothing but your chest rising and falling while you breathe.

Nothing else needs your attention in this moment.

Slowly focus on the sensation of the breath in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Each time you breathe out,

You can feel your physical body become more relaxed and heavy and the muscles becoming soft.

Return to your normal breathing rhythm now.

No force.

Becoming aware of the air moving in and out of your lungs,

Feel your lungs.

How amazing that something so simple as breathing holds so much power.

Simply by breathing consciously,

You are able to relax your entire body and forget everything you were thinking about before.

This power is accessible to you at any moment in time,

In any life situation.

Letting go of any tension,

Any resistance.

Allow yourself to fully surrender.

To fully relax.

You are present.

How does your chest feel as it's rising and falling?

How do your shoulders feel?

Relax them.

Allow any tension to completely dissolve with the breath.

Allow your arms to relax all the way into your fingertips.

Allow your neck to relax while you continue to breathe gently.

Let your face completely relax.

Let go of any tension.

Relax your jaw,

Your eyes,

Your forehead.

Direct your awareness back down to your chest,

To your heart.

Feel the power of your heart as it beats in synchronicity with your gentle breath,

So effortlessly pumping blood into all your cells and keeping you alive.

Move your attention further down your body.

Relax your solar plexus,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles,

All the way down to your feet,

Your heels,

The soles of your feet,

And the toes.

Fully relaxed.

Gently holding onto that relaxation,

I want you to imagine yourself standing on top of a staircase.

A wide,

Beautiful,

Solid staircase with a handrail to hold onto.

You can vaguely see that there is a door at the bottom of the staircase.

This door is so inviting,

Like you've seen this door many times before,

And you know this door is special.

There are only 10 steps to reach the door.

With every step that you take down the staircase,

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

And a long,

Slow,

Conscious exhale through the mouth.

And with every step,

You allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.

And with every step,

You allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.

Taking your first step down,

Breathing in and out,

Holding onto the handrail,

Feeling safe,

Feeling calm,

Feeling at ease.

And with every step,

You allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.

Take another step,

Breathing in and out.

Only 8 steps remaining now.

Breathing in and out deeply.

Seven.

Feeling relaxed and peaceful.

Breathing in and out.

Six.

Noticing there is a bright light that surrounds the double doors at the bottom.

A warm,

Inviting light that feels like home.

Breathing in and out.

Taking another step.

Five.

Breathing deeply through the nose,

Inhale through the mouth,

Exhale.

Four.

Feeling warm and relaxed.

Take another step.

Three.

Breathing in and out.

Knowing that you are supported and you are safe.

Two.

Breathing in and out.

Taking one last step.

Three.

One.

You are on the last step now,

Right in front of the double doors,

Made of warm wood,

An all too familiar inviting light shining through the bottom.

These are the doors to your home.

You're feeling excited to open the doors.

Breathing in and out and gently placing both your hands on the handle.

Four.

Taking one more deep inhale and with the exhale pushing the double doors open.

A familiar smell of home fills your nostrils.

You breathe it in deeply.

Four.

Welcoming it and immediately feeling like you've arrived.

This is your home.

The home you have always dreamed of.

Stepping through the doors onto the familiar floors of your home with bare feet.

Four.

Feeling the surface.

Is it warm wood,

Cozy carpets or cold tile?

Take a moment to look around.

Five.

To let the familiar smell invade your system.

There's nothing quite like the smell of home.

The home you've built for yourself.

The place where you feel most at ease and calm.

You love the way you feel here in your home.

Take it all in.

Go and take a little walk through your house into the kitchen.

Feel the countertops.

Open the fridge and see what's inside.

Five.

Open the cabinets.

This is all yours.

Just how you always imagined your kitchen to look.

As you walk over to the dining table,

Memories of an evening with your loved ones pop into your mind.

Everyone sitting around the table in candlelight.

Enjoying divine home-cooked food.

Laughing,

Talking.

Breathe in those beautiful memories and feel the happiness and gratitude for them in your heart.

Six.

Go over into the living room and take a seat on your comfortable sofa.

Lean back and simply enjoy the energy of this room for a moment.

What do you see?

What do you smell?

What do you hear?

What do you see when you look out of the window?

Is there a balcony or a terrace?

Walk outside and smell the fresh air.

There's a gentle,

Warm breeze in the air and the sun is shining.

What a perfect day it is.

As you're enjoying just being here,

You hear someone entering through the front door.

It's your soulmate.

You make your way back to the door to meet them there.

And as you see them,

You can feel your skin tingle with excitement.

Your eyes meeting feels like fireworks,

Yet like pure peace at the same time.

Your soulmate slowly closes the gap between you two and embraces you in a warm,

Tight,

Loving hug.

There is this energy,

This silent knowing that there is so much unconditional love and gratitude that you both feel for each other.

That you both feel for the life you've created and for simply being here together.

You slowly pull back from the hug and rest your forehead against your partner's.

Your energy is connected to theirs on a soul level.

They see you and love you for exactly who you are.

As you love and see them.

This house you're standing in has become even more warm since your soulmate walked in.

Your soulmate feels like home.

Breathe in that feeling.

Breathe out that feeling.

You walk together,

Hand in hand,

Back outside onto the terrace.

And enjoy the gentle breeze and the birds chirping for a while.

Eventually,

The time to go to your place of work comes.

This doesn't feel like something you have to do.

You actually feel happy and a little excited to go.

Whether you're working from home or from a place outside of your home,

You start making your way to wherever it is you will be working from.

The place feels familiar and it feels good to be there.

The environment feels clear.

A good place to focus and be productive.

Your work feels good to you.

It doesn't even really feel like work.

You're doing something that feels authentic and aligned with your soul.

You're making great amounts of money with ease in this profession.

Money doesn't feel like something you have to work hard for or compromise yourself for.

It flows to you easily from multiple different sources.

And you've created this smooth money energy flow in your life by simply being your authentic self and following your intuition.

It may have required you to step out of your comfort zone.

But that is how we grow in life and look how much you've grown and the amazing life you've created for yourself.

Where work is easy,

Fun and fulfilling.

Making money is completely stress-free and happens automatically.

And life at home feels light,

Peaceful and full of joy.

You have so much time to enjoy life,

To try new things,

To go after your hobbies,

To spend time with your loved ones.

This feels so good.

After you've finished work for the day,

You feel energized and just briefly head home to the bathroom to freshen up before doing something for yourself or with your soulmate for the rest of the day.

And as you look in the mirror,

You stop and pause for a moment.

Give yourself a gentle smile.

Reflect on your life that you have created.

Take in your features in the mirror.

Look deep into your eyes.

And give yourself an even bigger smile and a nod of appreciation.

You did it.

You've created this beautiful life.

You're living in what you used to look forward to.

You're living in what you used to dream of.

You're living in what you've been manifesting.

You're living in what you've been creating.

You're living in what you've been visualizing,

Creating vision boards on,

Getting inspiration from everywhere around you.

And now you feel a deep inner peace.

You feel an intense sense of gratitude for your reality,

For your soulmate,

And for yourself.

Of course,

There are still things you aspire to do and have.

We never stop growing and changing and evolving.

But you don't rush towards anything.

You just feel peace inside your heart.

Knowing that everything that is meant for you will find you.

Knowing that your intuition will always be guiding you.

And knowing that everything happens at the exact right time.

Place one hand on your heart gently and feel your heartbeat.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Breathing in this beautiful feeling of living in this reality.

And exhale deeply through the mouth with a sigh.

The best thing about all of this is being who you are today.

Your energy that you embody.

Feeling so authentic and strong and radiant.

You are the person that you used to look up to.

You are your highest self.

You are the person that has manifested all of this and is continuing to create a life by design.

With ease and joy.

You have so much love for that person in the mirror.

So much unconditional love and appreciation.

Breathe that feeling in deeply and hold on to it.

Now,

Slowly,

You make your way back to the front door.

You walk past your bedroom,

The kitchen,

The living room.

And in the hallway,

Your soulmate is waiting for you to give you a loving kiss goodbye.

I'll see you soon,

They whisper in your ear,

And you give them the biggest,

Most genuine smile knowing those words to be true.

After saying bye for now,

You make the final steps towards the doors.

On the sideboard,

You catch a glimpse of a photo in a gold frame.

It's an old photo of you,

It must be 10 or so years old.

As you see yourself in that photo,

You can't help but smile to yourself in gratitude.

Thank you that you never gave up.

That you put the work in to create this beautiful life.

You think to yourself,

Looking at the younger version of you.

All past versions of you played an essential part in becoming the person that you are today.

So never feel shame or regret,

Every decision you made in your life.

Led you to where you are today,

The good and the bad.

They were all essential in building your knowledge,

Your wisdom,

Your humour,

Your love,

Your energy.

Be grateful for them all.

Be grateful to yourself and your journey.

You're at the bottom of the staircase now,

And before you make the first step,

You look back one last time and wave your soulmate goodbye.

You know and trust deep in your heart that you will be back here soon.

Your heart feels so full and you feel so excited to step into this life,

To step into this person,

The highest version of you that manifested her dreams.

Hold on to this as you take those 10 steps back up those stairs.

Beginning with the first step and a deep breath in through the nose and a deep exhale out through the mouth.

One.

Take another step,

Breathing in and out.

Two.

One.

Slowly starting to become more aware of your body now.

Taking the third step with a deep inhale and exhale.

Starting to gently move your fingers and your toes.

Becoming aware of your body even more.

Stepping up again.

Four.

Breathing deeply in and out,

Remembering your experiences very clearly.

With a deep inner knowing that this is the life you are heading towards now in this moment.

Five.

Holding on to the feeling of being that person,

Embodying that energy,

Breathing deeply in and out.

Six.

Feeling your body now,

Becoming aware of the environment,

The room you're in.

Breathing in deeply through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feeling your body now and becoming aware of the environment,

The room you're in.

Breathing in deeply through the nose and out through the mouth.

Seven.

You are that person now.

Hold on to that good feeling energy.

Feel it in your every cell.

It's no longer a question.

You are that person.

You are that highest version of yourself.

Embodying your potential and manifesting your dreams.

Eight.

Feel your lungs expanding as you breathe in deeply,

Feeling every cell in your body come alive with the energy of that highest version of yourself.

Nine.

Only one more step with which I invite you to gently open your eyes.

See your surroundings with the eyes of that person,

Your highest self,

Breathing in deeply and out.

Ten.

You're fully back now.

Aware of your body here and now.

Eyes opened.

Your heart is calm.

There's no tension in your body.

No resistance.

You feel peaceful and calm.

Take a few more breaths in your own rhythm now.

Reflecting on your experience with a deep inner knowing and understanding that what you just saw is already done.

It is done.

It is on the way.

It is happening.

You are that person here and now.

You are that person that attracts your deepest desires.

You are that person that makes things happen with ease.

You are that person that can do anything with confidence,

And joy,

And inspire and empower others to do the same.

You are that person that can do anything with confidence,

And joy,

And inspire and empower others to do the same.

You are that person that can do anything with confidence,

And joy,

And inspire and empower others to do the same.

You are that person.

Thank yourself.

Thank yourself for showing up for yourself today.

For taking the time to tap into your highest self.
