Welcome.
Close your eyes and allow yourself to arrive.
You don't need to force anything right now.
Just notice.
Notice what's there.
The weight in your chest.
Any tension you might be holding in your shoulders or your jaw.
These are not things that need to be fixed right now.
They are invitations,
Messages.
Begin to breathe into whatever is present.
Inhale through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.
Let your breath be a soft rhythm beneath the surface.
Now,
Bring to mind a pattern in your life that you are ready to shift.
Maybe it's a way you abandon yourself and relationships.
Maybe it's the habit of going numb or sabotaging.
Maybe it's a cycle that feels so familiar,
It almost feels like second nature,
Even though it hurts.
Without judgment,
Just notice.
This pattern was not born out of malice,
It was born out of survival.
Out of moments when you didn't have another option.
And now,
You do.
So gently ask yourself,
What part of me keeps repeating this?
Notice what comes up.
You might sense a younger version of yourself.
One who learned that love meant losing yourself.
Or that chaos meant connection.
Or that silence meant safety.
You might say to this part,
I see you.
I feel how hard you've been working to protect me.
I know you didn't create this pattern to harm me.
You were just trying to keep me safe and to help me belong.
What do you need now?
To rest.
Do you need to feel safe?
Do you need validation to know that you matter?
Do you need to be held?
Now,
Place your hand over your heart,
Or wherever in your body that part seems to live,
And breathe into it.
Give it space.
And listen.
Now,
Imagine you're standing in front of a doorway.
Behind it is a life where this old pattern no longer runs the show.
Where your relationships are rooted in truth,
Not trauma.
Where your self-worth isn't negotiated,
It's honored.
You're not rushing through this door,
You are simply choosing it.
One breath.
One choice.
One moment.
At a time.
So as you breathe in,
Feel yourself stepping closer to that life.
And as you breathe out,
Release the grip of the old.
Repeat the following words if it feels right,
Either out loud or in your mind.
I release what no longer serves me.
I forgive myself for what I didn't know then.
And I open my heart to a new way of being.
Rooted in love,
Not fear.
Take one more deep breath.
And when you're ready,
Begin to gently return to your body.
Wiggle your fingers.
Stretch your neck.
Feel the support beneath you again.
You are not the pattern.
You are the presence that can choose something new.
Thank you for showing up for yourself today.
You're already shifting.
You're already free.
Namaste.
