Lesson 1

Foundations Of IFS: What It Is & Why It Matters

Welcome to Day 1 of this journey into Internal Family Systems. Today we build the foundation that everything else rests upon. IFS begins with a simple but life‑changing understanding: *you are not one thing*. Inside you lives an entire ecosystem — a community of "parts" that each carry their own feelings, fears, behaviors, and perspectives.

Lesson 2

The Different Types Of Parts

Today we go deeper into the internal world by exploring the three main categories of parts and beginning the shift from identifying with them, to simply being able to notice their presence without judgement or pressure.

Lesson 3

Identifying & Analyzing Your Parts

Today we begin mapping your inner system in a gentle, experimental way. When we analyze a part, we don’t judge it. We simply get curious: What is this part trying to do for me? Curiosity is the doorway to Self.

Lesson 4

Meeting Your Parts

Today we enter one of the most transformative stages of IFS: truly meeting your parts. By now, you’ve learned how to identify them, understand their roles, and sense their emotional flavor. Today is where relationship begins.

Lesson 7

Exiles: Understanding the Wounds You Carry

Today we explore the parts that hold your deepest pain: Exiles. These are the younger, tender parts of you that carry emotions your system once felt were “too much,” “too overwhelming,” or “too dangerous” to feel.

Lesson 8

Cultivating Self-Energy: The Healing Force

Today we focus on the core of IFS: Self-energy — the calm, compassionate, spacious presence inside you that naturally knows how to lead. Self-energy is not something you have to create. It’s already inside you.

Lesson 9

Becoming the Leader of Your Inner System

Today you deepen your ability to lead your internal family with clarity and steadiness. Leading your system doesn’t mean controlling your parts — it means creating an internal environment of safety, listening, and direction.

Lesson 10

Unburdening: Releasing What Parts Should Never Have Carried

Unburdening is the heart of deep transformation in IFS. This requires trust, time and openness. Today you’ll create the conditions for unburdening—not necessarily a full release, but opening the door.

Lesson 11

Integration, Daily Practice & Bringing IFS Into Relationships

Today is about weaving everything together — turning IFS from a structured practice into a living, breathing way of relating to yourself and others. This is how you can bring it all into your daily life to transform your self-perception and relationships forever...

This is an incredible introduction to IFS work. I have read Dr. Richard Schwartz’s book, No Bad Parts, however, the way that Victoria explains it is so much easier for me to understand. Her approach to IFS is so simple to follow and her voice is so welcoming and inviting. I can’t wait to continue learning more from her work 🙏🏼♥️
