Welcome to the beginning of a new version of you.

A version of you that feels worthy of all the things they desire.

A version that has let go of any feelings of not-enoughness.

A version of you that doesn't compare yourself to others in a negative way.

A version that is fully aware of their own path and perfect timing.

And a version of you that is able to trust in that path unconditionally.

Feeling worthy means treating yourself with respect and love.

The same love and respect that you would meet someone you're close to with.

Take a moment to get comfortable and gently close down your eyes and deepen your awareness of your breath.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Melting away any tension you might be holding in your body.

Sinking into your seat.

Sinking into this moment.

Take another deep breath in and let go.

Continue to breathe deeply in your own rhythm as you focus on my voice.

Feeling worthy means being patient with yourself.

It means meeting yourself with compassion and understanding.

It means having clear personal boundaries.

It means direct and honest communication.

And it means prioritizing and valuing your time which is your most valuable asset.

Choosing to spend time only with people who make you feel good and who support you.

And choosing to invest time in yourself and in your growth.

And choosing to let go of things and people that are holding you back on your journey.

Letting go of anything that doesn't feel aligned.

This sense of self-worth that we all want to feel in order to be the best version of ourselves and reach your highest potential is something that is learned over time.

It differs from confidence or self-love or self-trust.

It revolves around what you believe about yourself.

What you believe you deserve.

You can't create things or experiences or relationships that you desire if you don't believe you deserve them.

You always only create what you believe you deserve.

And this belief is subconscious.

If you grew up in a household where you were told money is hard to come by you might develop a subconscious belief that you don't deserve to have money.

That money is only meant for others.

If you were left alone a lot you might grow up to believe you don't deserve to have someone be there for you.

Or if you were once in a toxic or maybe even abusive relationship you may have developed a belief that you deserve to be treated badly.

Our whole experience is based on the beliefs we develop throughout the course of our lives.

But a belief is nothing but a thought that you continue to think.

And we are in control of choosing our thoughts.

Therefore we are able to over time and with practice change and adjust our beliefs in order for them to grow into empowering beliefs rather than limiting beliefs.

Before we dive deep into building our sense of self-worth in today's guided session I want you to reflect on your current sense of this feeling.

What is your current belief about your worthiness?

Why is this your current belief?

What are some situations in your past that you can remember that may have shaped this belief?

Are these still relevant now?

Is this belief serving you or holding you back?

Why do you not believe you're worthy of that thing you're working towards?

That thing you desire?

Where do you feel these feelings of not-enoughness in your body?

Do you feel your shoulders a tense?

Do you feel your jaw tightening when you think about them?

Or do you maybe feel your throat close up?

You don't need to fix anything right now,

Just observe without judgment and hold yourself with compassion in this moment.

Place one hand on that area of your body that you feel these negative feelings of unworthiness in and place your other hand on your belly and then breathe deeply into that part of your body.

Feel the aliveness in your cells.

Imagine that part of your body lighting up as if you were breathing in light and directing it to that part of your body and holding on to the light there.

With every inhale getting brighter and warmer and with every exhale letting go of anything that isn't serving you in this moment,

Any tension,

Any discomfort.

With this part of your body feeling completely at ease right now,

Feeling held and loved and understood.

Go back into that memory of where this feeling of unworthiness originated.

Meet the version of yourself that you were then with this light in your body and give them a smile of reassurance and a warm,

Loving embrace.

Feel your light flowing over to them,

It's ok,

This doesn't have to be your belief.

You make your own beliefs about yourself and what is possible for you.

You are the creator of yourself and your life,

Someone else's limiting belief is not something for you to take on.

You are worthy of all the things you desire for yourself and for your life.

You deserve all the happiness and abundance you could ever dream of.

You make your own rules and you make your own life.

You are limitless when you see and understand that this limit was imposed on you and it's not actually yours.

You are worthy just as you are.

You are enough and you are doing enough.

You are on your own path and everything is happening for you at the perfect time.

Your intuition always guides you to what you're meant for.

There are no questions of worthiness,

Only what is meant for you and what is meant for you will never miss you.

You are here for a reason.

Not just on this planet living your life but sitting here right now listening to my voice.

Giving your younger self this embrace and these words of empowerment.

You're exactly where you're meant to be.

Look your younger self deep in the eyes and give them a nod.

They understand you without words.

They have heard everything that you've told them today and received your message deep within their heart.

You came here with no limitations.

Feeling worthy and limitless.

And you can go back to feeling this way.

You are meant to go back to feel this way.

Anyone who believes differently or who tries to hold you back or impose limits onto you does so only because they are limited themselves.

But you don't have to be.

You can now be the person you want to be.

Worthy and deserving.

You are that person.

You treat yourself with love and patience and trust every single day.

You keep the promises you make to yourself and you get a tiny bit better every day.

You're dedicated to your growth and your internal peace and fulfillment.

The final step on this journey will be to show yourself everything you've heard and felt today.

Show up for yourself.

Treat yourself with the love you deserve.

Treat yourself like you're worth everything you desire.

Treat yourself with respect even when it's difficult.

Even if it means getting up early to go move your body or ending that toxic relationship or cutting ties with someone you've known for years or quitting that draining job.

Self-worth isn't easy but it is simple.

It's not easy but it's simple.

You've got this.

You are capable and you are worthy.

Carry these feelings with you throughout the rest of your day and know that you can come back to this feeling anytime.

It's within you.

It comes natural to you.

You just couldn't directly see it but it's there.

And life is so much more fun with this feeling and this knowing because you get to create anything you ever wanted.

You get to be whoever you want to be without those limitations and hesitations.

When you show up knowing what you deserve and are worthy of,

That is what you'll get.

Period.

Sending out love and light and now go bloom.
