
Water To Release And Realise Your Dreams

A relaxing meditation to help you let go of things that may be in your way, feeling into your body and inviting water to wash away those blocks. Using guided imagery and breathing to arrive in this meditation.

Welcome to this meditation,
A guided meditation to invite you into realizing your dreams,
Seeing your limited beliefs and letting them go.
So before we begin,
Find a comfortable place where your spine can be lovely and long.
So maybe you're sat,
Maybe you're laying down.
And if you're laying down,
Consider how your spine is.
So not too many pillows,
Keeping that nice length in your spine.
And when you're sitting or laying comfortably,
We can begin closing down your eyes,
Transferring that gaze from outside to inside,
Using your internal vision to just go inside of yourself,
Letting go of the outside world,
Noticing your breathing,
Taking all your attention towards the rhythm of your breath,
Taking a steady breath in,
Holding your breath for a moment and just tensing all the muscles in your face,
Getting them nice and tense,
Holding your breath and then let it go,
Release your breath,
Release the muscles,
Inhaling,
Holding your breath here and tensing your shoulders,
Your arms,
Hold your breath,
Hold your muscles tight and release your muscles,
Your breath,
Inhaling,
Deep breath in,
Fill your body,
Holding your breath,
Tensing your chest and stomach together,
Hold tight,
Hold tight and then releasing,
Inhaling,
Deep breath in,
Holding your breath,
Tensing your buttocks,
Hold tight and release,
Breathing in,
Last one,
Deep breath in,
Holding your breath,
Tensing your legs,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
Your feet,
Hold tight and release,
Breathing in,
Breathing out with a sigh,
One more signal into your body,
It's time to relax,
Ah,
Following that beautiful rhythm of your breaths,
Feel the breath in your belly as it fills up like water and then breathing out,
Just allowing it to gently empty,
Feeling that rhythm like a wave of your breath in your belly and as we relax here,
Eyes softly closed,
Peering into that third eye space,
Hearing the sound of the sea as you look in,
Imagine the sea edge or the ocean edge,
Depending on where you want to be and we're going to take a walk along the edge,
We can hear and feel the energy and the sound of the sea on our left side and on the right side is a wall of golden sandstone,
As we take a wonder,
You can feel the warmth of the sun reflecting on the stones on one side of you and the cool fresh air of the sea on the other side,
Walking in this beautiful fresh air with the blue sky above you,
As we continue to walk,
This rock wall starts to turn a corner and as we turn a corner,
You can see an opening in the wall,
You feel really curious,
Just take a look into this opening and as you peer towards the opening,
You can see a hallway open out and something is calling you to investigate and walk in and you start to turn away from the sea into this hall,
Into this corridor of the rock wall,
Initially it's a bit dark,
Away from the sun but as you walk,
It opens up and there's a big cave behind the wall and you can see sunlight coming in,
As you gaze up,
There's an opening in this cave,
An opening to the sky and shining through is the sunshine,
It beams down and you follow the direction of that sunlight with your gaze and you notice that as it comes down,
It's reflecting into a sea green lagoon and looking at this lagoon,
It seems like we are in another world,
The colour is so vivid and the sunlight is so dreamy and warm within the pool and around it,
There are aquamarine stones and it's so inviting and magical,
You begin to undress and step into the lagoon,
You step across the aquamarine stones and as you place your feet in the water,
It is warm and nourishing,
Caressing your body and on the bottom of this lagoon is soft sand,
It's so calm and perfectly refreshing,
You feel instantly at peace and you relax into the warm embrace of this lagoon,
You lay back and float,
Gazing up at the opening above and as you feel your breath,
You feel all the tension just disappear with every exhale,
Breathing in,
Feeling yourself high above the water,
Breathing out,
Feeling the tension,
Leave your toes,
Leave your feet,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Feeling the tension,
Leave your legs,
Your back,
Your arms,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Feeling the tension,
Leave your shoulders,
Your face,
Your head,
You slowly begin to feel yourself stirring and open your eyes and as you open them,
In your dream state,
You realise that you've been washed up on the shore of a beach and in this dream state,
You begin to hear voices in the distance,
In this moment,
You're not quite sure where they're coming from or where you are but you know that you feel happy and calm as if you are exactly where you're supposed to be,
You feel safe in this dream state that you're in and you begin to follow the voices,
Something around you looks and feels familiar and as you begin to get closer to the people who own the voices,
You can see this happy,
Radiant being a few years older than you and this being is glowing,
Full of life and there is a home in the distance and this home has been in your dreams,
These people are from your dreams,
Just in this moment,
You start to consider where you are,
Surrounded by these wonderful people,
So happy and joyful and you feel drenched in joy and hope and optimism and you realise and you realise that the home that you see is the home of your dreams and the person,
This beautiful glowing being is the future you and you feel this hope and joy in your sacral chakra,
In that pelvic area,
You feel this stirring movement in that space in your body and you feel happy and at peace all at the same time,
Just soaking in the scene around you,
As you breathe into that space in your body,
Into your pelvic area,
That sacral area of your back,
What colours come into your mind,
Where do you feel movement,
Joy or restriction in your body,
Is there something that is tight or restricting,
Is there a place that feels free and without resistance,
Where you feel tightness,
Where you feel restriction and resistance,
Can you breathe into it,
Can you breathe into that resistance,
That restriction in your body,
Can you feel what's holding you back from realising this dream existence that is in front of you,
Whose voice is it that you can hear holding you back,
Is it your voice or the voice of another,
Can you breathe through this hesitation and restriction,
Can you breathe into this hope and joy that wants to permeate through the restriction and through your hesitation,
Knowing that it is totally okay if that restriction is still there,
Feeling into that area of tightness that may be in your body and inviting the water to help you move through that tightness,
You feel called to go back into the water,
To allow the water to just hold you and help you release that restriction,
So you turn back,
Seeing the water in front of you and you go towards it to just relax and lay back in,
Breathe deeply to invite the water to wash away those limiting,
Restricting beliefs,
Breathe it in and allow that water to just cover your body and as you breathe out,
Allow those restrictions,
Those hesitations to just flow out into the water,
Feel the light of your sacred area just flowed with release and joy,
Let it move out into the water,
Inviting yourself to face the darkness and feel the light,
To see your hesitations,
Your restrictions and invite that optimism and trust to come through,
Feeling the magic of your dreams,
Knowing that if you can breathe through and let go of those restrictions,
You can move in to realizing and activating those dreams,
You lay peacefully,
Feeling yourself still in your dream state,
Begin to wake and as you wake,
You're aware that you're back in that lagoon,
That beautiful sea green colored lagoon,
Surrounded by the aquamarine stones,
The sun beaming in from above and you feel the sun and the lightness on your face,
You start to wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
Bringing your palms together,
Rubbing your palms,
Creating some heat,
As soon as you have some heat,
Placing those palms over your eyes,
Feeling yourself return back into this space,
Gently blinking your eyes open,
Gazing into the palms,
Through your fingers,
Having a stretch to release,
A big breath in,
Breathing out and if you feel called to,
Journaling down anything that's come to you,
Your hopes,
Your dreams,
Your restrictions,
Your hesitations and then enjoying the rest of your day,
