Finding a space where you feel completely at rest,
Preferably laying down somewhere quiet.
Maybe you have a bolster under your knees or a pillow under your knees.
Maybe you have a cushion underneath each elbow and your hands are creating a diamond shape over your room space.
Take a moment to settle down where you are and breathe using your belly breath into your room space.
For this first minute or so,
You're going to breathe gently through your mouth into your belly,
Like you're breathing through a straw.
So it's like we're inviting that drawing in,
Taking everything out,
Letting go.
Noticing your breath,
Feeling your breath in your belly,
Continuing to breathe like this for four more breaths.
And as you breathe out,
Feeling your belly gently draw towards your spine.
And in this process for these 21 days,
Or maybe it's 14 days between the moons,
Simply being in surrender and allow to go through this vibrational medicine for healing that space and allowing these vibrations to carry you.
As we sound on the exhale,
Connecting to our womb,
Connecting to the water,
The sacral energy,
Allowing it to heal us.
Continuing your breath and inviting the light force energy and the life force energy to be with you.
Allowing the Reiki energy and universal presence to just be here with you.
Allowing it to move through your breath,
Through the sound vibration into your body.
As we make the first sound,

And as we make this sound,
Feeling your belly expand,
This sound that creates life.

Sounding on the exhale Om My Om Om My Om My Om My Om My Om My Om My Om My Om My Om returning to your natural breath release your hands surrender into the sound noticing how you feel the sensations in your body now if this is at night time maybe you want to drift off to sleep or maybe you feel ok to roll over onto one side finding yourself in that gorgeous fetal position gently coming up to a sit and finishing your practice nine rounds of brahmari bee breathing and when you finish writing down whatever has come to you whatever feelings,
