Good evening.

It is that time of the day when we put everything away and get ready to wind down.

So no matter how your day was,

Whether it went beyond your expectation or below your expectation,

It's time to let it go.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable posture.

Make all the tiny adjustments you need.

Take all the props you need,

Maybe a pillow or a blanket to give yourself the best possible experience.

Now gently close your eyes.

Relax your toes,

Your knees,

Your fingertips,

Your elbows,

Your belly and your heart.

Relax everything,

Let it all go.

Relax your jaw,

Your ears and your eyeballs.

Take a deep inhale in and let it all go.

The pending work,

What you could have done better,

What needs to be done tomorrow,

There is absolutely nothing to think about right now in this moment.

This moment is for you to relax,

Let it all go and just truly be with yourself.

Take a deep inhale and exhale,

Let it all go.

Thoughts may come to distract you,

Maybe a memory of someone you interacted with today or a task that needs your attention.

Let them just pass and trust that they will come to you when it's required,

Just not right now.

No need to dismiss them,

No need to entertain them,

Let them go.

Just come back to your breath in this soothing inhale and relaxing exhale.

This is the time for you to prepare for the most important activity of the day,

To give yourself a good restful sleep so that you're prepared for the next day.

Good night's sleep is really important as it refreshes us and energizes us for the next day.

So it's now to tuck yourself to sleep and wake up fresh to tackle another day,

Taking your last few deep breaths as you put it all away and completely unwind.
