This meditation is part of a series called Creating a New Eden.
Imagine you can step into a sacred space where you feel a sense of connection to your own divine self and your source.
In this meditation we'll explore our experiences with relationships and love on earth,
Dissolving any old programming or imprints or beliefs in our subconscious.
We'll connect more deeply to the energy and divine principle of love.
I invite you to close your eyes and bring your attention to your heart.
Take a deep breath as if you can breathe directly into your heart.
And as you exhale,
Relax your body and quiet your mind.
Another deep breath in and exhale and relax.
With your next breath,
Imagine a light behind your heart.
Begins to illuminate this whole upper space in your chest and continues to expand throughout your entire body and out 360 degrees till it creates a sphere of light around you.
We ask and intend that this sacred space hold only the energy of our original divine essence and the frequency of source.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,
Imagine this light becoming brighter and your mind becoming quieter.
Our intention for this time is to clear and release the root cause,
Any programming and set of beliefs and habits that keep us from experiencing the love that we are,
The love we wish to express and the love coming to us.
We ask and intend to dissolve the programming and belief that we are not worthy of receiving love from every cell of this physical body,
From our conscious and subconscious mind.
Begin to imagine little particles leaving your body and going into a sphere in front of you that will hold all information and energy that no longer serves you.
Goes into that space and disappears like a zero point or a trash can.
Bring your attention to your heart.
Begin to feel your own deep longing and desire and nature as love.
Something stirring in your heart,
Looking for experiences of receiving and offering this quality and energy.
We ask and intend to activate and deepen our experience of this love energy that is in every cell of our body.
Now begin to imagine an energy around you,
Wrapping around from the back that has a warm nourishing divine mother quality.
As if you could just relax and melt into this embrace.
This love wrapping around you like a shawl,
Comforting and protecting and embracing you just as you are.
And in this love,
Stories,
Beliefs,
The past begins to dissolve.
Now another energy as if behind that nourishing,
Nurturing,
Warm energy of a divine mother is another that feels like we might call it a divine father energy,
A mind energy,
Consciousness,
Reminding us of our origin and original connection and eternal connection to our divine creators.
And from your heart,
Ask and intend to lift up and let go of any imprints from your life,
Any experiences of loss,
Of love,
Feeling hurt,
Feeling injured by another person.
Begin to lift those up and out of your heart,
Out of your subconscious,
Any beliefs that have limited you in the light of this love and connection to this divine creator energy,
Reminding you of who you really are and how you are never alone or separate from your divine mother and your divine father.
In the light of this experience,
Ask and intend to lift up and let go of any old emotions from past experiences in relationships,
Any fear,
Any anger,
Any sadness,
Any blaming.
We ask and intend to release these old emotions from every cell in our physical body,
From our conscious and subconscious mind,
And all past and parallel lifetimes.
Bringing your attention to your heart.
We ask and intend to lift up and release any beliefs about love or relationships,
Beliefs about the need to earn love,
To change yourself somehow,
To be pleasing to others,
Or to try and control other people.
Take a deep breath and exhale and imagine little particles,
Information,
Programming,
Being released from your brain and your body.
Imagine all this energy going into that small sphere in front of you,
We ask and intend to completely release and dissolve all this old information and programming that no longer serves us,
Every cell in our physical body,
From our conscious mind and subconscious mind,
And from all past and parallel lifetimes.
Bring your attention to your heart,
Feeling this light of your heart growing and expanding,
Filling your whole sacred space,
This quality of love that you are now free to express yourself.
And imagine this sacred space continues to expand with this light.
Quality of love in you,
Getting larger and larger,
As if your own being is dissolving into this love.
As large as this earth,
Feeling your love for this planet and all life on this planet,
Continuing to expand your consciousness and awareness out to the new earth grid,
The consciousness of the new earth,
And continuing as if your feet are on this earth,
And your consciousness expands now to the size of the galaxy.
Allowing your heart to connect,
Your presence in this Milky Way galaxy,
And then continuing as if your feet are on the earth,
And your body and mind are stretched even farther,
The galaxy at your heart and your mind at source.
Feeling yourself as this divine principle of love,
Held and upheld by the source of your being,
Always.
Now begin to bring yourself back slowly as if there's a beam of light,
And you're bringing with you through this beam more of this sense of connection,
And this principle of love,
Into the galaxy,
Through the core of the Milky Way,
You disseminating this love and harmony,
And all the way back to earth.
Again,
Bringing more of this love principle to all life on this earth,
And to our earth,
As you feel yourself in your physical body,
And take another deep breath,
And exhale,
And bring your attention to your heart.
Sensing this beam from source to the center of this planet,
You as a conduit for this energy,
And allowing this energy to flow in through the top of your head,
Anchoring this principle of love in your brain zero point,
Flowing down your arms,
Your torso anchoring behind your heart,
Behind your navel,
And flowing down your legs,
And feet into the earth.
And in your heart,
Setting your own intention to be this love,
To feel a sense of freedom and joy,
In knowing you are beloved,
And bringing your love to others and yourself.
And so it is.
