This spontaneous and unscripted meditation guides the attention to the natural ease and relaxation of the body – “In this sense of easiness is an implicit letting go, there’s no holding on.” The attention is then guided to the source of this ease and relaxation – “This ease is really an inner vitality – our inner, vital, energetic flow. It’s always here, this inner flow. This is our own life, our own life force. And it is everywhere throughout our body, permeating our body. Not as something we need to imagine, but an actuality – this vital life. You can feel it as your own sensation of your body. This vital life is manifesting as the tingling of your body.”

Yep,

So if you can go ahead and close your eyes and just feeling that sense of ease in your body.

If it's not quite there the moment just make any changes or adjustments that you need to so that you're just feeling a sense of ease in your body and really just notice that be aware of that even if there are other thoughts and or feelings somewhere in your body there'll be a sense of ease where it just feels good or nice and really just allow your attention to really take that in to really absorb that.

It's that sense of ease or relaxation and notice in that ease there's there's a letting go in it there's not a there's there's not a holding in that ease it's just a letting go just notice that in that sense of ease it's a relaxation just a letting go a letting go and we're really bringing our attention to this to that sense of not holding on or letting go that's in that easiness it's just it's just pleasant nice just see if you can in feeling that just really let go or just kind of really with our attention we put our attention on that it just amplifies it really feel that sense of just letting go being at ease or consciously feeling that consciously aware of just that sense of having let it let go and we can apply that or just let that filter through more and more the rest of our body the sense of letting go of ease and it's as simple as what we're doing now it's we're just putting our attention on this sense of ease and just allowing that to filter through flow through our mind our psyche our body just this sense of just letting go being easy just being empty nothing that we need to think about we can just just let let go into this sense of ease and notice the piece of this sense of quietness and if there's any distraction just bring your attention back to this sense of letting go ease and you can notice how it's sort of spreading through your body up into your mind and into your head just this sense of ease even down all the way into your legs into your toes might be like a little bit of a tingling maybe even a warmth starting to really feel this sense of ease throughout you might notice it like more of a whole body relaxation maybe even breathing bit easier or a bit deeper as the body relaxes the mind becomes more quiet this ease it's like a nice soothing balm that just it goes into and soothes these areas that are a bit strained or a bit stressed whether that be physically or emotionally it's just the sense of ease is just spreading flowing into these areas just allowing them to soften relax very soothing and really getting into the areas where it's needed just this internal soothing and it just feels really good really right starting to feel more whole again you might might be like a tingling or a warmth and maybe an increased stillness as it flows into the head the sense of ease the sense of letting go you know set as an increased stillness or quietness of the mind this ease is really an inner vitality really tapping into our inner vital energetic flow it's always here this enter this inner flow it's our own life our own life force and it's everywhere throughout our body permeating our body not as a something we need to imagine but it's an actuality this vital life that's been down in you know into all of our toes and all the way through our body in our nose in our cheeks forehead vital life and there's a natural sense of goodness this is where the sense of ease comes from is this vital life this is always here it doesn't go away if we get distracted and thought it's still here can feel it as your own sensation of your body this vital life is manifesting as the sensation the tingling of the body so when you feel ready you can gently open your eyes stretch or move or wiggle your toes
