All right,

So go ahead and close the eyes.

Just check that you're nice and comfortable.

Allow your body to relax,

Feeling any tension just kind of dropping away,

Just allowing your attention to settle in,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Perceiving that calm steadiness.

Even with thoughts coming in,

Coming and going,

Still there's that calm steadiness.

And we'll take a few deep breaths.

So as usual,

Breathing out through the mouth,

Nice long steady exhale.

Really emptying out completely with the out-breath,

Letting go and emptying out any concerns that you might have in you about the day,

Any anxieties.

Just let them go.

Just breathe them out with the out-breath,

Really emptying the lungs,

Emptying the belly and then you breathe in through the nose,

Breathing out all the old oxygen,

Bringing in fresh new air.

And one more,

Just enjoying that sense of relaxation in the body,

Sense of peace that's here even with the rain supporting that,

That gentle relaxation inside,

Really letting yourself just settle in,

Letting go,

Just being empty,

Just emptying out.

When you feel ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Stretch,

Wiggle your toes.
