Hi,
This is Willow and this is the guided meditation,
Facets of self-value.
In this guided meditation we are connecting to our center,
Expanding it out and looking at the facets of value that we bring into our own lives.
So let's begin.
In a moment we are going to take a deep breath in through our nose and as we exhale we are dropping our attention to the center of being between our heart and our spine.
Take a deep breath in now and exhale and drop your attention.
Notice the calmness,
The clarity,
The kindness at the center.
The center is the home of your essence.
It is where your inner being lives.
It is your connection point to the divine.
It is your connection point to the higher self,
To your inner wisdom and from this space you create heart centered decisions.
In a moment we are going to take another deep breath in.
As you exhale expand out that center to fill up your entire physical body.
Take a deep breath in now and exhale and expand out.
If you feel like adjusting your body do so,
So you are completely supported and relaxed.
Good.
Notice the joy in your inner being from being able to stretch itself out.
Good.
And in a moment we are going to take another deep breath in and as we exhale we are going to expand the center out to fill up our entire energy field one foot to nine feet away from our body.
So,
Take another deep breath in and exhale and expand.
Good.
This expanded version of you is your natural state of being.
When you are expanded like this only things that support you,
Only things that align with you,
Only experiences that align with you is able to affect you.
It creates a natural boundary between you and the outside world.
It functions as a shield where only the things that are supporting you can penetrate.
When you expand your energy like this you create ripples that affect the beings around you,
Inspiring them to expand themselves at their own time,
In their own way.
So,
All you have to do really is to expand yourself.
And in a moment we are going to take another deep breath in and as we exhale we are going to drop our attention right back to the center of being.
Take a deep breath in now and exhale and drop your attention.
Good.
Now from this space look at your life.
Look at all of the small facets of value that you bring to your life.
It might be that you are super good at emptying the dishwasher,
Keeping a clean toilet,
Doing the laundry when it needs to be done.
That is valuable things to do.
Might be that you are really good at sitting down when you need to,
Listening to a guided meditation or some music.
Things that add to your life.
And if you are having a difficult time seeing these facets of value,
Allowing a guide to support you might be a spirit guide,
A spirit animal,
Might be a loved one or an angel depending on your belief system.
And allow them to come close holding up this full body sized mirror in front of you,
Showing you all of the small facets where you create value in your life.
Let's sit with this for a little while and allow it to integrate.
When we start to see our own value,
When we start to see all of these small facets,
We will start to see more and more and more.
And when we start to see the value in our own lives,
We start to see the value in other people,
In other experiences.
This is the foundation for bringing in abundance,
For seeing the abundance that is already there present in your life.
So do this meditation every day,
Several times a day to help you,
To guide you,
To support you.
