Welcome to this short session.

Begin by closing your eyes now and visualize a calm shoreline.

Waves sliding in and waves sliding out.

And each wave is your breath.

It comes to collect whatever you no longer need.

Feel the first wave sweep away tension from your jaw and then your chest and then your belly.

The second wave gathers every thought that keeps replaying.

So watch it lift off the sand and disappear.

And you don't have to push.

Water does the work for you.

Your only job is to breathe and allow.

Notice the space that's left.

It's light,

Wide and very peaceful.

That's what forgiveness feels like.

And that's what freedom sounds like.

So let one final wave roll in and as it retreats,

Whisper inside to yourself,

I'm lighter now.

And now take one final deep breath in and then exhale it gently.
