Take a few moments to get settled in,
Inviting all of your awareness into this transition as you do so and as you settle,
Bringing your awareness to your breath,
Noticing the nuances of each inhale and each exhale as we take just a few moments to observe ourselves as we are,
Inviting a softness in with each exhale,
Relaxing the jaw,
Allowing the teeth to separate ever so slightly,
Feeling a little expansion in the heart,
Inhaling so deep that you really feel the belly push out,
And exhaling so fully there is an emptiness in the lungs,
Quietly,
Yet profoundly,
Breathing deeply and intentionally for ten rounds,
Noticing whenever you may finish up the difference in yourself from when you first began your practice until now,
Releasing any intention with the breath,
And allowing yourself to just be for another moment or so before returning to the ebb and flow of your day.
