Mind and body relax slowly.

Observe your breathing.

When your attention wanders,

Focus again into your breathing process.

Notice the stages of your full breathing cycle.

And now,

Please move your arms softly and place your palms facing the sky.

Ask the universe for contentment and receive generosity and love from the source.

Let it flow into you.

Acknowledge the love you receive from the source.

When possible,
