With eyes closed and in a place where you can fully relax for your night's sleep,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly.

Once again,

Breathe in and breathe out.

As the day draws to a close,

Begin to release every muscle as you sink into the surface supporting you.

Take another deep breath in and breathing out now.

Relax completely.

Relax even deeper and even deeper.

Visualize yourself relaxing on the comfortable screened-in porch of a mountain cabin.

Darkness is falling.

You can see the momentary lights of fireflies like candle flames flickering in the distance.

A light breeze offers you the refreshing fragrance of a nearby pine tree as the silvery moon shimmers through its branches.

Begin to feel a sense of peace and wellbeing arise at the crown of your head.

Allow the feeling of wellbeing to spread from your crown to cover and soothe your entire scalp.

Feel peaceful wellbeing softly embrace your eyes,

Nose,

Cheeks,

And eyes.

Eyes,

Cheeks,

Ears,

Mouth,

And jaw.

Your entire head is blessed with peace and wellbeing.

Now feel wellbeing begin to move into your neck and throat and down into your shoulders.

Feel wellbeing and peace sink deep into your shoulders as they move down and away from your ears.

Feel wellbeing like honey travel down your arms to the elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

And fingers.

Feel peace and wellbeing embrace your chest and upper back.

And now move into your stomach,

Abdomen,

And lower back.

Feel wellbeing soothe your entire core and feel every aspect of your core relax into the loving support it is receiving.

Breathe deeply as you feel wellbeing and peace embrace and soothe your hips.

Now feel wellbeing move into your thighs and continue slowly down through your knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

Feet,

And toes.

Feel wellbeing from the crown of your head all the way down to your toes.

Breathe deeply as your entire body is embraced by the beautiful experience of peaceful wellbeing.

And profound gratitude to your body as you sink even deeper into relaxation and peaceful wellbeing.

May peace and wellbeing remain with you throughout the night and may you sleep deeply,
