Welcome to this grounding meditation.

Noticing where your feet are on the ground or wherever you're sitting.

Taking a few deep breaths.

Slowing down.

And mentally repeating the affirmation or repeating it out loud.

Noticing wherever your body is,

Wherever you're sat,

Wherever you're laid.

Just notice the sensations of your physical body.

Coming back home to your physical body.

Connecting with your in-breath and out-breath.

Slowly with ease.

Steadiness.

Noticing quality of the breath as it enters the body and leaves the body.

Noticing how it feels to slow down.

Taking this grounding quality with you throughout your day and trusting that the only thing you need to do is reconnect your breathing to access this part of you.
