Namaste,
I'm glad you decided to take a few minutes to take care of your body,
Mind and spirit with a few minutes of meditation.
Sit in a way that is comfortable for you,
With your back straight and allowing your neck,
Arms and hands to relax.
Slowly close your eyes.
Start to imagine that you are inside a nice and comfortable tent.
You are in a beautiful and peaceful green space and it starts to rain.
In your hands you are holding a cup of hot tea that warms your skin and fills the space with a delicious aroma.
You feel safe and with a sense of tranquility inside you.
This is a moment to relax and enjoy.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Relaxing the muscles of your face.
Here and now you feel at peace.
You can relax.
There is nothing to worry about at this moment.
We are going to breathe together,
Inhaling in four times and exhaling in seven.
We are going to make four rounds and I'm going to be guiding you.
Breathe out all the air and we begin.
Inhale three,
Two,
One.
Exhale six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale three,
Two,
One.
Exhale six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale three,
Two,
One.
Exhale six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale three,
Two,
One.
Exhale six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Go back to your natural breathing.
Now expand your awareness to your whole body.
How are you feeling today?
Whatever emotion or thought comes up,
Simply observe it as if you were observing the sky outside your tent without judgment.
How are you feeling today?
Now repeat these affirmations mentally with me.
Here and now I am happy.
My mind is at peace.
I am enough.
I am light.
Reconnect with your breath.
Feel the air going in and out of your body,
Feeling you with a sense of tranquility and connecting you with your inner wisdom.
Be still and silent for a few moments,
Enjoying this beautiful moment of peace.
Slowly let the visualization start to dissolve and reconnect with the place where you are.
Bringing your palms together to the center of your chest.
Inhale,
Giving thanks for the opportunity to take these minutes to meditate and exhale slowly opening your eyes.
Namaste.
