Namaste,

I am glad you have decided to take a few minutes to take care of your body,

Mind and spirit with a moment of meditation.

Sit in a way that is comfortable for you with your back straight and allowing your neck,

Arms and hands to relax.

Simply close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and begin to imagine a white light on your feet.

Exhale softly and slowly.

This white light absorbs any tension,

Negative energy,

Stress accumulated in that area.

Your feet relax.

The white light goes up your legs.

Inhale and exhale slowly.

Your legs relax.

Visualize this bright warm light as it continues to move up through your body.

Your hips relax.

Your abdomen,

Your ribs.

The light reaches the center of your chest and radiates down your arms.

It relaxes your shoulders,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Now the light is going up your neck.

It releases any tension.

It relaxes your jaw,

Your nose,

Your cheekbones.

Now the light is placed between your eyebrows.

Bring your inner gaze to your third eye.

Visualize this light shining between your eyebrows.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Exhale relaxing your whole body at the same time.

Very good.

Begin to visualize that you are sitting in a huge green space full of nature.

You are sitting on the grass,

On the earth,

Which welcomes your body.

The sky is light blue,

With white clouds travelling slowly across the sky.

Beautiful birds fly free.

In front of you there is a beautiful and imposing mountain.

Begin to observe this mountain carefully and in detail.

Imagine its shape.

How are its edges?

Its pace?

Its peak?

Its peak?

Imagine its vegetation.

In which parts there are rocks?

In which parts there are trees or plants?

This mountain has stood firm and stable for thousands of years in this place.

It has endured winds,

Storms,

Tremors and rains and yet it remains solid and secure.

From the center of the mountain,

A luminous green energy begins to travel beneath the earth like a powerful root of light.

The mountain wants to communicate with you.

Notice the green light travelling through this space until it reaches beneath you.

Around you,

A circle of green light begins to form in the earth and begins to glow and form a bubble of protective energy around you.

You are now surrounded by the powerful energy of the mountain.

And the mountain with its light begins to bring you its power and wisdom.

Inhale,

Stretching your back and gently opening your chest.

Feel the qualities of the mountain beginning to appear within you.

Every day is different.

Sometimes it's sunny,

Sometimes it's cloudy,

Sometimes there are strong winds,

Sometimes cold snow falls.

The mountain imperially contemplates the changes.

With each passing season,

The mountain observes its vegetation transforming.

In autumn and winter,

Its plants and trees lose their foliage.

In spring and summer,

It enjoys the new leaves and the scent of flowers.

Calmly,

Surrenely,

Without losing its strength,

Its stability,

It observes silently the dance of life.

The mountain connects you with this power.

The mountain is a mirror of your inner strength.

All of its qualities are also available within you.

Inhale and exhale,

Connecting with your inner calm.

Observe your mind,

Your thoughts,

The emotions that inhabit you today.

Try to observe them with the wisdom and stability of the mountain.

Knowing that these two shall pass.

The long nights will always turn back into a beautiful sunrise.

The strong storms move away and give place to the sun and the singing of the birds.

Your mind is powerful and able to get through these challenging periods with intelligence and equanimity.

Inhale slowly.

Gradually,

The bubble of green light dissolves into the air and once again,

You observe a beautiful mountain in front of you.

Slowly it begins to get dark and a full moon rises over the mountain.

This light paints the entire landscape in grey and blue.

A cool breeze brings you a sense of calm.

You feel inside you the wisdom,

The tranquility,

The beauty and the stability of the mountain.

You are the mountain.

Live consciously for a few moments connected with the peace inside you.

As a land belonging to human beings.

You you Little by little you start to perceive again the darkness behind your eyes Reconnecting with the place where you are Bring your palms together to the center of your chest Inhale,

Giving thanks for the opportunity to take these minutes to meditate Exhale,

Slowly opening your eyes.
