This 15 minute guided journey is designed for the sensitive, introverted soul who freezes, stutters, or feels their throat close when it's time to speak. We go beyond surface anxiety to the roots of self-censorship. You will gently encounter your unheard inner child to acknowledge the parts of your voice that were ignored or corrected. You will meet the internal saboteur (the inner critic) to understand its protective role and invite it to walk with you, in true expression. By integrating these parts, you create a safe, clear channel in your throat, recovering your authentic, wild, and present voice.

Welcome to this meditation.

In this session,

We are going to take a profound journey to recover your voice.

We are going to meet the inner child who wasn't heard,

And we are going to look at the inner saboteur that holds you back.

This is a safe space to finally listen to what you have kept silent.

Let's begin.

I invite you to close your eyes.

Let the outside world fade away.

Feel the contact of your body with the floor or the chair.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Exhale through your mouth with a sigh.

Do it again.

And once more.

Now,

Bring your attention to your throat.

Is it tight?

Is it asleep?

Is it alive?

Just observe.

Now,

Bring your attention to your chest.

And then to your abdomen.

Feel if there is anything stored there.

Say internally,

Today,

I allow myself to remember.

Today,

I allow myself to feel.

Today,

I allow myself to listen to what I kept silent.

Imagine you are walking along a dirt path.

The air is warm.

There are trees on both sides.

In the distance,

You see a house,

Old and familiar.

It is your childhood home.

You approach.

You enter.

You feel a knot in your chest.

Something familiar.

And there he is in a corner,

Sitting in silence with slumped shoulders.

Your inner child.

He doesn't look at you.

He seems invisible.

You approach.

You kneel in front of him.

Look at him.

Observe his eyes,

His hands,

His body.

Ask him these questions,

Very gently.

What did you want to say that no one heard?

When did you learn that it was better to be quiet?

What part of your voice was ignored,

Mocked or corrected?

Listen to him without judgment,

Without trying to console him yet.

Just listen.

Now tell him,

I see you.

I hear you now.

You are not alone.

I am in no hurry.

I do not want to correct you.

Extend your arms.

Ask him if he wants you to hug him.

If he says yes,

Hug him tightly.

If not,

Stay by his side.

Now look him in the eyes and tell him,

Your voice is important.

Your emotion is valuable.

Your expression is my medicine.

Breathe deeply.

Feel how that child softens,

Relaxes and leans on you.

And with every inhalation,

Feel that a part of your voice returns to your body.

Now the scene changes.

The house disappears.

You are in a dark space,

Like a cave.

And from that darkness,

Someone appears.

A figure,

A character,

An energy.

It is the inner saboteur.

It has no single form.

It can be a critic,

A strict teacher,

A cruel jester,

A shadow or a neutral figure.

Whatever it is like,

It is a part of you,

Not an enemy.

Look at it face to face.

And ask it,

Why do you stop me every time I want to show myself?

Who are you protecting?

What do you think would happen if I set myself completely free?

Listen.

Truly listen.

It may say harsh things to you,

Because you are not enough.

Because they will judge you.

Because they won't love you.

Thank it for the answer.

Do not react.

Now ask it,

What if I gave you a new role?

What if you no longer need to protect me with fear?

Can you help me express myself with truth,

Not with censorship?

Feel if its form changes,

Maybe it softens,

Maybe it hands you something.

A symbol,

An object,

A phrase.

Take that,

It is yours.

And tell it,

Firmly,

I see you,

I recognize you and now I invite you to walk with me,

Not to stop me.

The child and the saboteur are now present.

Take the child by the hand and look at the saboteur.

And say,

We are one,

We are parts of the same channel.

My voice now includes everything I was,

What I am and what I can be.

Breathe,

Feel your throat.

Is there more space,

More energy?

Now imagine you are in front of a camera,

But this time you are not alone.

You are with the child,

With the transformed saboteur,

With your authentic,

Wild,

Imperfect presence.

And you say,

I am ready to speak even if I tremble.

I am ready to express myself even if not everyone understands me.

I am ready to be free even if I am still afraid.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale slowly.

Place your hands on your throat.

Say out loud if you can.

My voice is medicine.

I do not have to convince.

I only have to be true.

Now remain for a few seconds in silence.

When you feel ready,

Very gently,

You can begin to move your fingers and your toes.

Thank you for sharing this moment with me.

I hope you have a beautiful day.
