This is a self love meditation you can do at any point during your day.

Whether you're walking,

Cooking,

Or seated or laying down.

The truth is,

There are a few things that I want to change.

I want to change how my body looks.

Something I want to change about my hair.

Something I want to change about my personality.

But the reality is,

I am amazing now.

I have done some pretty amazing things,

And I am a pretty amazing person.

Say this with me now.

Yes,

There are things I want to change and improve.

But I am amazing now.

Take a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out.

At any place in your body where you feel resistance or tightness,

Just acknowledge it.

Acknowledge any negativity,

Resistance,

Fear that may be coming up.

And as you take three beautiful deep breaths,

Allow this energy to move through you.

Breathe in,

And let it go.

Breathe in,

And exhale.

Breathe in,

And let it go.

There is nothing I need to accomplish,

Nowhere I have to be,

And no one I need to prove anything to.

Say this with me in your mind's eye.

There is nothing I need to accomplish,

Nowhere I have to be,

And no one I need to prove anything to.

Breathe in,

And let it go.

Just for today,

I love,

Accept,

And forgive myself.

Just for today,

I love,

Accept,

And forgive myself.

Notice where in your body you feel the tenderness or the love,

The strongest.

Allow this feeling to sweep through your entire body,

Just taking over,

Washing away any fear,

Any resistance,

Any tightness that you may still have.

Taking some deep breaths in through your nose and out through the mouth like a sigh of relief.

You're doing great.

Keep going.

Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

With every exhale,

You can feel the love,

The tenderness,

The acceptance flowing all throughout your body.

That's good.

Beautiful work.

Remember that you can come back to this meditation at any time throughout the day when you just need to remember the love,

Acceptance and beauty that you have within you.

Namaste.
