Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Camila and I'll be guiding you through a connection to your pain points or constriction or tension that you hold in the body.
We'll discover what this tension is actually trying to tell you all the time.
Feel free to find a comfortable position.
This might be laying down or seated.
As you take a moment to become comfortable,
Maybe you'd like to use an eye mask and just really allowing your body to relax into the support beneath you.
Taking up all the space for your jaw to relax as you unclench.
Maybe even wiggle it around a little bit.
Allow the teeth and lips to splay apart gently as you release the tongue from the roof of the mouth.
Settle the eyes closed and guide that awareness just behind the eyelids.
Begin to move to a spot of observation.
What you might call the higher mind.
You'll know you're there when you start to notice your thoughts just floating by and you take a moment to watch the thoughts from the day.
Just as clouds pass through the sky,
Our awareness notices every thought just like a cloud passing by.
Any distractions and any worries,
Just see them floating by and floating away.
Notice the weight of your body.
Notice all points of connection between you and whatever is beneath you.
Feel and sense the weight of your body.
As you sense,
Feel and connect with your body,
The thoughts might drop in but we come back to our sensations.
Back to that connection.
Body,
Feeling,
Maybe the clothes against the skin as you breathe.
And the breath flows in,
And the breath flows out.
Flowing out.
Notice how every breath becomes a little deeper and longer in depth than your daily breathing.
Notice how the breath expands into all the edges within.
Slow,
Mindful exhale as you reconnect with the here and the now.
When there's nowhere to be,
Except right here,
Right now.
Continue to stay within that awareness of the present moment.
Connected to your body,
Your breath.
Moving away from thoughts and into sensations.
Sense how the breath fills into your belly when the belly expands.
Notice how the belly falls.
And the belly rises.
Becoming more and more relaxed with every breath.
Begin to scan your body,
Starting at the very top of the head.
Softening all the little micro-muscles in the face.
Coming down to your shoulders.
Relaxing all the internal organs as you soften the belly.
Hips are heavy.
Thighs are soft.
All the way down the legs,
Into the ankles and the toes.
The entire body letting go into the support beneath you.
And as you connect with the body,
I want you to bring awareness to one spot or one block.
An energy block that is stored in your body today.
And this could come as a stiffness,
Tightness or soreness anywhere on the body.
It may possibly cause you pain.
It could possibly be something you've been dealing with for quite some time.
Where on your body is this energy block stored?
Is it in your arm?
In your leg?
In your shoulder?
In the hips?
Or maybe a chakra?
Where in your body is it right now?
And bring all of your awareness to that area.
As you guide all of your awareness there,
Begin to sense and trust your inner guidance.
As I begin to ask these questions,
Try your best to not second guess yourself.
Honor and trust the first thing that drops in.
Notice.
What color is your energy block?
Any color is ok.
Trust the guidance.
Is there a texture?
Is it hard or soft?
Is there pressure or does it feel tight?
Really feel how this energy feels like in your body.
Notice if this block has an emotion.
Could it be sad,
Angry or scared?
And if this block had a voice,
What would it tell you right now?
What message is this energy block trying to tell you all the time?
Now imagine your heart glowing with this bright,
Beautiful,
White light.
Begin to take a deeper breath into the heart.
Notice as your breath deepens,
The light begins to expand past your heart.
In every breath,
The light continues to expand.
As it expands it begins to encompass your entire body.
As it encompasses your body,
It feels like a white dome of light all around your body.
Now imagine or sense this light beginning to dissolve any stuck,
Dense energy that you've been holding in this particular spot.
As the light begins to warm this area,
Softening and dissolving the density or constriction that's been held.
Now imagine your breath disintegrating all the tension,
Constriction or pain and helping it feel light,
Helping it feel ease.
And with every breath,
Whatever is holding on begins to gently loosen its grip.
And as it loosens,
You feel as if you can breathe easier.
Now notice the spaciousness.
Your body feels expansive.
Continue to bathe in this light,
Dissolving into the expansiveness.
And taking all the time that you need here.
There is absolutely no rush.
Continue to stay in this feeling for as long as feels comfortable.
