Kamila is a space holder, movement guide, and breathwork facilitator devoted to helping others remember who they are beneath the noise. Since 2016, she’s been sharing practices that reconnect body, mind, and soul—guiding students through yoga, breath, and energy work as pathways back to presence. Her training spans Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Buti, Aerial, Chair, Kids Yoga, Movement Flow, Breathwork, Reiki, and Thai Massage. But beyond technique, Kamila teaches from the heart—blending creativity, intuition, and soul. Her offerings invite softness and strength, depth and play, shadow and light. In every class, retreat, or ceremony, she holds space for truth to rise. For stories to unravel. For joy, grief, breath, and remembrance to move freely.
