Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian and it's time to fully relax.
Easing your mind,
Destressify your mind and fully relaxing.
Now is the time.
So find a comfortable place,
A comfortable spot,
Fully relax.
You can do this lying down or seated or sitting on a chair,
But don't overthink it.
Just find a place where you can rest,
A place where you can relax,
A place where you feel so comfortable because you deserve to relax.
Yes you do.
And once you find that place softly and gently close your eyes.
And as you softly and gently close your eyes,
Your mind starts to relax.
Your body starts to relax because all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
And during this quick meditation,
Your mind will surrender.
Your mind will relax because you want to relax,
Because you deserve to relax,
Because relaxation feels so good.
Allow yourself to focus on your breathing,
Just observing your breath.
And as you observe your breath,
As you notice your breath,
Your body automatically smooths out your breathing because you feel so safe.
And as you feel so safe right now,
And those eyelids are relaxed,
Softening your eyelids,
Those tiny muscles in your eyelids start to relax just a little more and a little more,
Going deeper and deeper,
Sinking down a little further,
Feeling a gentle wave of relaxation all throughout the body.
And as you feel this gentle wave of relaxation,
Say silently to yourself,
I will relax.
I will relax.
Sinking down more,
Expanding your relaxation,
Feeling that soothing inner bliss,
Softening your muscle,
Releasing the tension as you sink down further and further and further still,
Sinking down deeper and deeper still.
I will,
I will.
Taking this relaxation,
Taking this peace with you throughout the rest of your day.
Whenever you need relaxation,
You'll say silently to yourself,
I will.
Staying here as long as you need.
