Hey,
This is Yogi Brian.
Welcome to this guided meditation.
Find a comfortable seat,
Maybe on your yoga mat,
On the ground,
On a blanket,
Or maybe a chair.
Legs can be crossed,
Or legs can be out in front of you.
Keeping the spine straight,
Chin slightly tucked,
Eyes closed.
Just focusing on the breath.
It's your natural breath here,
And nothing to do,
Nothing to control.
So just your natural breath in and out.
Just allowing your body to settle.
Relaxing the jaw,
Relaxing the shoulders,
And be the observer.
Observing the breath,
Observing the body,
And observing the mind.
So so feeling a wave of relaxation throughout the body,
And giving yourself permission to just be here in the moment.
So so saying the mantra on an inhale,
I am I am,
Exhale peace.
Inhale,
I am,
Exhale peace.
Inhale,
I am,
Exhale peace.
Keep that going.
So so inhale,
I am,
Exhale peace.
Feel that peaceful energy throughout the body.
Feeling the peaceful breath.
And start to wiggle the fingers,
Circles of the hands,
Circles of the feet,
Eyes come open,
Awakening the body coming out of your meditation.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Let it go side out.
