Katherine Sauer is no stranger to workday stress. She is equal parts Ph.D. economist, educator, and yogini. She found yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to be effective stress-management tools which helped her cope with the hecticness of the modern workday. Katherine earned her yoga teaching credential in 2012.
