Welcome.

Today we will be exploring creativity in difficult times.

You can sit or lie down for this meditation wherever you will be the most comfortable,

Open and receptive.

Come into your space.

Look around with your eyes open and see all of the familiar surroundings around you to ground yourself first.

Take comfort in this being a safe place for you.

You are here.

Take a deep slow relaxing breath and allow control of your mind.

Some of you this information will be a review and for some it will be brand new.

When we talk about vibration and frequency 432 hertz is the frequency of nature.

It's the same frequency as the sacred sound OM the sound made at the creation of the universe.

Tuning into the earth frequency is tuning into the universe.

It's also a cosmic number related to sacred geometry.

It heightens perception,

Increases your clarity and unlocks intuition which we require for creativity.

Just casually think for a moment on how creativity can manifest in different forms.

It can be cooking,

Making art,

Gardening,

Writing,

Playing with children,

Crafting,

Singing,

Writing books,

Coming up with new ideas or innovations.

The list is endless.

The more open your creative portal is the more ideas and nourishment will come to you.

We can't ignore that this difficult time has brought up so many fears and life questions for everyone.

In the back of all of our minds is likely a collective PDSD post traumatic stress disorder.

On top of that we have to function every day in some ways as if nothing is going on and our brain knows this isn't true.

This takes a lot of energy.

Will our world survive?

Will our world improve?

Will I survive?

It is an existential crisis for the world and for ourselves.

It is a type of meaninglessness.

Altogether collectively we face our fears of the unknown each day.

The antidote to meaninglessness is creativity.

Creativity of course is a vibrational energy that you can tap into.

You know people who seem endlessly creative?

Well,

They just know how to tap into that creative energy portal.

How to open your creative energy portal?

It is just using our consciousness to tap into it with practice.

Our ability to imagine and create is highest in childhood.

On average somewhere around age 11 when people or children become so self-conscious in the world they start to lose this creative ability.

It is always still there though inside of you.

We are going to spend some time today in trying to draw it out.

Breathe deeply in,

Breathe deeply out.

Relax your shoulders.

Now consciously drop your shoulders even more.

Tuck your chin under gently.

Just come into yourself as a state of being.

Breathe deeply in and breathe deeply out.

Raise both of your shoulders up towards your ears and hold them there tightly,

Tightly,

Tightly.

Now let them both suddenly drop.

Deep breath in and deep breath out.

You will enter a deeper state of relaxation and comfort as you listen to my voice.

There is nothing for you to do,

Nowhere for you to be except right here and now listening to my voice.

Repeat after me.

I am fully present here in my space.

Breathe deeply in,

Breathe deeply out.

Repeat after me.

I let go now.

I let go now.

Deeply breathe in and say in your mind,

I am fully present here in my space.

On the inhale and then on a deep slow exhale say in your mind,

I let go now.

Repeat this to yourself at your own breathing pace and I'll help you.

Inhale,

I am fully present here in my space.

Exhale,

I let go now.

Inhale,

I am fully present here in my space.

Exhale,

I let go now.

Raise your shoulders up to your ears again and hold them tightly there.

Inhale deeply and hold,

Hold,

Hold your breath in and hold your hands in your shoulders.

Now,

Deeply slowly exhale and just drop both of your shoulders down.

Spend a moment physically feeling the earth spinning beneath you and then now consciously feel your energetic connection to the earth.

Using your mind,

Send out your sense energy now to the infinite space around you in all directions.

Just think it and make it so.

Sense the sky above you and your energetic connection to the universe.

Sense the infinite universe energy flowing all around you.

Rest here for a minute.

Just floating here.

Now think briefly of all the projects,

Deadlines,

Bills and of all of the things you need to get done or finish.

And now just blow those thoughts away.

Deep breath in and gently blow all of these thoughts away into the universe for a little while.

Using your mind,

Clean and clear your space mentally.

Sense the energy being clear and clean all around you,

Three feet in all directions.

Using your mind,

Make it so.

Send out your energy probes and confirm this.

Feel all around you in three feet in all directions and sense that the energy is clear and clean around you.

This is your special space.

Visualize now putting a protection bubble around your space with you in the center.

You can imagine a color.

Just allow yourself to fully inhabit this special space inside the bubble.

You can sense the color of the bubble and sense the clear and clean energy all around you.

Today we will gently explore,

Unwind,

Open and unleash your creative energy and inspiration.

At the end of this meditation,

My wish is that you will open your eyes anew.

You will see your immediate surroundings enhanced with your senses,

Sights,

Smells,

Tastes and colors all with an increase in warmth and positivity when this meditation is finished.

Throughout this meditation,

You may receive images,

Thoughts,

Body sensations or receive messages.

Just allow the information as it comes to you.

Just be open.

May you feel inspired to create.

You will see every moment as a possibility to express your natural abilities.

We are born out of pure creative potential.

We have an extremely potent,

Innate curiosity.

We are born to create.

In a moment,

You will be going on a journey.

You will go back in time to a safe moment in your childhood that was filled with creative curiosity,

Openness and allowing.

This is not a triggering moment.

You are to choose a simple moment in time when you as a child were filled with creative curiosity.

Everyone has had at least one of those moments no matter what else may have happened in your childhood.

Taking you back to your bubble again,

You will travel back in time now.

When I come back for you from 5 to 1 and when we reach the count of 1,

You will arrive at a place in your childhood when you were open,

Curious,

Naturally creative and expressive.

Just one moment in time.

Just let it arise.

Starting to count now.

Going back now,

You are travelling back in time.

Letting go.

Expanding your consciousness Y.

And 1.

Be there now.

Allow yourself to experience this memory and let it unfold like a movie.

Just let it unfold.

What can you see?

What do you notice?

How old are you?

Is anyone there with you?

What are you creating?

How does it feel to create this memory?

How does it feel to create in a completely unjudgmental atmosphere in your little body?

Remember how pleasant it was to feel so happy?

Notice what your hands are doing as you are creating and making.

Just allow all of your senses to be present there in the room.

Be there 100% with your movie of you as a child happily creating something.

Breathing out.

Breathing in and out.

Save this special memory and all of the feelings around it in your heart space as a body-spirit memory.

In a moment,

We will leave this memory and go to another place in time.

We will travel to a time in your history when you experience what is called creative wounding.

Trust me on this.

I never lost my creativity at 11,

But I have many vivid painful memories of creative wounding.

Some are in the past and some are quite recent.

Everyone has experienced this.

Creative wounding is when we let someone destroy or hurt or stop our dreams and creative aspirations.

Now in your safe bubble,

We go back in time to another time for you.

A place in time where you felt or you were told you were not good enough.

Not good enough at drawing,

Maybe it was acting,

Maybe it was making little things with plasticine,

Maybe you were just told you were not good enough at creating something and as a result,

You stopped having confidence in creating.

You stopped expressing naturally.

You are in your safe bubble.

Let yourself go back there in your memory bank now.

I will count back from 5 to 1 again and when we get to 1,

You will arrive at this place to heal and let go.

Starting to count now.

5,

Going back now.

4,

Letting go and expanding your consciousness.

3,

Relaxing and letting go.

2 and 1.

Be there now.

What is the first thing you notice?

Where are you?

What is happening?

Don't resist it,

Just let it unfold like you are observing a movie.

How old are you?

Notice your emotions in this scene.

Allow yourself to feel that wounding.

Don't be afraid to experience it again.

We are all here with you together to support one another.

Based on this experience,

What message did you carry forward into your future about creating?

Notice what comes up.

Now let that message float out in front of you,

3 feet in front of you.

See it and separate it from yourself.

As you look at this message,

Allow yourself to see all of the ways that that message impacted your creativity.

See how you may have consciously and even unconsciously carried that message around with you.

Now just watch a series of scenes unfold of how did you until now.

Deep breath in and deep breath out.

Let the scenes play out like a movie in front of you,

Only now you're just observing them.

Deep breath in and deep breath out.

Now think of that painful wounding.

Think of that message.

Ask yourself now,

What would you like to transform this message into?

What would you like to change in this message?

We are going to rewrite history a little now in your memory banks.

Think of a new positive message.

Just let that new positive message emerge into your consciousness.

Give yourself this gift now.

Deep breath in and deep breath out.

With the new message,

Come back briefly into the present day and ask yourself what kind of creativity calls to you now?

What art or innovative ideas speak to you now?

Do you want to create something physical that you can hold in your hands?

What would that be?

Or do you want to create something innovative,

A new product,

A new idea or write a poem?

Your creativity is infinite.

Just let it emerge.

Rest in this creative space for a moment,

Observing and absorbing the new message into your mind.

You are in your safe bubble.

I am going to count from 5 to 1 again.

When we reach 1,

You will be back fully in the present time.

Starting to count now.

Safely leaving painful memories behind.

Taking our new positive creative message with you.

Taking all of your new ideas and creative thoughts with you.

Back in the present time continuum.

Let's just rest here for a moment.

In a few moments,

We will complete this meditation.

After I instruct you to open your eyes,

Grab a pen,

A pencil and some paper or your journal and I want you to write a stream of consciousness of what came to you in this meditation.

Don't worry about sentences,

Grammar or punctuation.

Just write whatever comes out of your pen or pencil without second guessing what it is.

Now coming back fully into your physical body,

Begin to notice your breathing,

The smells and sounds in the room around you.

Start to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Bring a slight smile to your face.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Give yourself thanks for taking the time for yourself today and allowing yourself to explore your creativity.

Now gently opening your eyes and looking around at all of the familiar things in your room.

You are all the way back now and refreshed and renewed in your creative spirit.

Don't forget about your task.
