In this meditation we will focus on actions.

We will explore how every individual action moves us towards our destiny.

How every step strengthens the person we are becoming.

Once you have better insight regarding what you are becoming,

It's easier to focus on how you will do so.

What you will do to get there.

This following visualization helps you guide you there.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Keep your spine erect and close your eyes.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in deeply and breathe out.

Think of words that define the essence of what you identify with.

Consider what you want to be.

Think about the feelings you want to experience.

The state of mind that you decide that you will have.

Now think about all that you are about to do to achieve that state of being.

Which activities will help you reach that goal?

Visualize transforming yourself,

Becoming what you will be,

While letting go of what is holding you back.

What have you come to do in the world?

What impact do you wish to have in the world?

Breathe in deeply and breathe out.

If you came up with an answer,

What came up was the essence of your beliefs and your interpretation of your life's purpose.

The processes you are going through will take you there,

But you must remember that every individual action you are taking is either getting you closer to it or it's getting you further away.

Every action you are taking is to be grounded in love,

Honor,

Joy or another positive emotion.

If anger,

Fear and hatred are inspiring your action,

You will miss your destination.

Some people feel like they are being called to a certain purpose.

They have a strong belief in doing the right thing and every step has meaning for them.

What is your calling?

What is the greatest impact that you can have in this world?

Breathe in deeply and breathe out.

Many people go around blindly,

Especially when they feel powerless about their destiny.

Some people are too caught up in the rat race,

They no longer care about where they are headed.

They have only a glimpse of a belief that they cannot explain and that they might not even be able to feel.

The experiences of the past have conditioned their journey deep into their subconsciousness,

Driving them to a destination which they are too afraid to change.

Many people are letting the expression of their emotions be their highest truth.

And some of us forget that we have the responsibility to think before we have the freedom to speak.

People go in and justify their selfish ignorance by calling it freedom.

Where are you headed?

Take a deep breath and breathe it out.

Know where you are but realize that that doesn't define you.

Your house doesn't define you,

But the way that you've organized it defines where you are going.

Your job doesn't define you,

But the energy that you put into it is a reflection of the strength of your inner being.

Your highest beliefs and your motivation to achieve that defines you.

Whatever journey you're on,

You take steps one by one.

Every step in the right direction,

No matter how small or how hard it is,

Every step is essential in getting ahead.

Let's visualize the steps you are taking right now.

Being conscious of the steps you are in the middle of right now will make you more of what you are.

The actions you take consciously are the most important in your life.

They can take you out of the rut and into creation mode they let you take responsibility and decide what you are here on this planet for.

Right now,

The level of consciousness in your activity defines for the outside world how they see you and it represents the impact you have on your surroundings.

What actions are making you happier?

I'm not talking about the instant shot of dopamine you get when you check your Facebook notifications.

I'm talking about what gives you a genuine and profound joy.

Don't just consider the steps that will help you ultimately become who you will be,

But think about the actions that let you experience a glimpse of the ultimate that you are pursuing right here and right now.

Your do's and your actions can't be just chasing something.

They must also enforce what you identify with in the present.

Every single action,

Every single habit you have defines a part of you.

Many of these parts are subconscious.

They are on autopilot,

Training your focus is the most important thing that you can do.

Focus on the action that will let you be what you are deep inside.

Think about the power you have when you consciously become in charge of all that you do.

You will never have control over what is coming your way,

But you must increase your power over what you do with it.

Step into your power.

Let what you do become a reflection of the very best of all that you are.
