Sometimes life feels like a heavy fog - thoughts swirl, emotions blur, and clarity slips away. In this gentle and rhythmic meditation, you'll be guided to soften the inner haze, reconnect with your breath, and return to the quiet clarity always waiting within. Like a sunrise dissolving morning mist, each breath becomes a chance to see yourself - and your life - with new, compassionate eyes. Take this time to clear the mental skies and remember...the clearest views come when we soften the view. This meditation is now available for free to support your healing journey.

Ever noticed how a fogged lens distorts the world,

Blurs the details,

Warps the light?

But the distortion isn't out there,

It's the residue of the mind's momentum.

Today,

We soften the view,

So what's real can shine through.

Marcel Proust once wrote,

The real voyage of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes,

But in having new eyes.

So let us clear the lens,

Let us see with soft eyes.

Soft eyes,

Still skies,

Allows the truth to arrive.

Come closer to this moment,

As it's waiting just for you,

Let your body rest,

Your breath to deepen,

And gently now,

Let go of the mind's filter,

Of judgment,

Of a story,

And of expectations.

Imagine the fog,

Beginning to lift,

The more you soften,

The clearer it all becomes.

So let go of the trying,

Let go of the fixing,

And let clarity come on its own.

Soft eyes,

Still skies,

Allows the truth.

Now,

Turn toward the landscape before you,

Not just the world outside,

But the one within.

See the textures of this moment,

The shifting light and shadows,

The patterns of thoughts,

The soft shape of feeling,

And the quiet space in between.

This inner terrain is alive,

Changing in every breath.

Here no two moments are the same.

Here no story is fixed,

And here no heart is unmoving.

Let wonder rise,

Let curiosity lead,

Soft eyes,

The truth arrives,

And for the next few moments there is nothing to fix,

Nothing to do,

Let the lens clear itself,

Let the mind adjust,

And gently rest in the stillness,

Stay with the breath,

Stay with what arises.

Return gently now,

Eyes still closed,

Yet open within,

See what's shifted,

Not in the world,

But in the way that you meet it.

Sometimes what we need the most is not a change of place,

But a change of perspective.

The fog has lifted,

The lens has cleared,

And now you begin again.

Soft eyes,

Still scars,

A new view.

Take one final breath in and out,

And repeat silently,

I see with soft eyes,

I meet life anew.

I see with soft eyes,

I meet life anew.

May your mind,

Your body,

And spirit be abundant with peace,

And may you find clarity,

Today and every day.

I loved this mediation, and liked that it focused on the fogginess and dealing with it. Thank you.
