Welcome beautiful divine soul and the theme of our meditation today is all about taking up space.
So we will be focusing on where in our lives we are taking up space and working with the energy around expansion in those spaces and getting back to feeling comfortable in our own skins,
Feeling comfortable in our choices and who we are.
So find a space where you can spend the next few minutes with me in peace,
A quiet space somewhere where you can make yourself feel all comfortable and safe and once you find that space just make sure that you really really feel yourself in your body wherever you are situated at this point in time.
So we're going to start first by connecting with our breath and then once we've done that we'll start the meditation and for those of you who haven't listened to my meditation before you will hear me speaking what we call light language and those are literally languages that are related to different energies.
So I translate these energies into different languages that is easy for us to experience in our bodies and to feel in our energetic systems and these languages and these sounds that come through also help with deep healing,
With connection and with release.
So making yourself comfortable now,
I'm going to start with just taking a few deep breaths in and I like to do what we call box breathing so we do to the count of four.
So just follow my instructions and just close your eyes and relax.
So we're going to start by breathing in to the count of four and then we'll hold to the count of four,
Out to the count of four and then hold to the count of four and we'll repeat that pattern three times.
Right so let's go and in two three four and hold two three four and out two three four and hold two three four and in two three four hold two three four and out two three four and in two three four hold two three four and out two three four and hold two three four.
And now just allow yourself to continue breathing as you're listening to my voice and as we start our beautiful meditation together.
So now as I call in all the beautiful energies and the guides that need to be with us today that needs to guide us and take us where we need to go,
I'm also opening up a sacred safe space for us to work in and as I call in the energies now creating a space that only allows the energies that is for the highest good through and allowing ourselves to really deeply deeply connect with these energies today.
So as we open the space now,
Taking a deep breath in and just visualizing yourself standing right next to me feeling really safe and secure in this space,
Inviting in your own guides your own animal guides your own angels whoever you feel comfortable to bring through today with you to take on this beautiful journey just allow them in their space for everyone here in this beautiful beautiful realm.
So we're going to make our way through my sacred forest right now and this is the entry point to the circle the vortex the sacred circle that I work in.
So this forest is gorgeous and it's got lots and lots and lots of huge trees very dense like if you look around you all that you can see is beautiful trees when you look up then a little bit of blue sky but green tree tops and leaves and branches stretching out up high into the sky and as you walk placing your feet now on the ground you feel yourself really firmly connected to the earth walking really solidly looking around allowing yourself to see what you want to see and just relaxing and even if you don't see anything I will guide you through every step of the way so knowing that you're safe here in this beautiful sacred space and as we keep walking deeper and deeper into this magical forest we're walking all the way towards the big clearing that we can see in front of us and as we get to the big clearing you can see the beautiful stones that are surrounding this circle there's nine stones and this is a beautiful stone circle.
The stone circle is an ancient vortex a space where I come to connect with the higher realms and so visualizing yourself now walking straight into the middle of this beautiful circle and as you stand there placing your feet on the ground and allowing yourself to just take a few deep breaths and allowing yourself to settle here in this beautiful energy this sacred energy and what we're going to do first is we'll call in the energy of Mother Gaia so we always work with her she is the one that keeps us safe on our journeys she is the one that keeps us grounded and allows our bodies to return to this beautiful earth that we live in so as we now start calling in her energies visualizing right from the core from the center of her this beautiful white stream of light coming through every single layer of the earth and as this light slowly moves up through all of the lava and the rocks and the water and the sand and the crystal and all of the layers of the earth snaking its way towards you and as it breaks through the ground starting to embrace your legs now running up your legs both of them into your body and all the way up all the way up down your arm way up your spine way up to your head and just really feeling yourself fully fully grounded in her energy right now and as you're standing there you can feel that energy holding you tight knowing that we just bring our consciousness back to this space once we're done traveling and we can start walking ourselves back into our bodies you are safe right here now as we start to tune in i want you to focus on your heart space right now if you want to you can even place your hands on your heart now i want you to your day to be really really honest with yourself as we're here together in this sacred space ask yourself today where are you keeping yourself slow where are you shrinking parts of you that wants to be seen where are you holding back when you want to say something or express something where are you feeling tied in like you cannot move the restrictive energy in your body so take a moment now to just tune into that situation in your life and even if it's a person making you feel like that or circumstances that you're surrounded by anything that makes you feel restricted at this point in time and as you know just take a few moments just to clarify in the mind what it is exactly just choose one and if this is a situation of more than one place choose the one that feels most most restrictive at this point in time the thing that brings you the most discomfort and makes your body feel the most out of alignment with the energies around you and as we take that now we honor that feeling within you take a moment to feel it in your physical body where do you feel this where is it coming up for you it could be anywhere there's no right or wrong at any point in time here this is entirely your experience this is how you are feeling and i don't care if people tell you you're overreacting i don't care if there's someone somewhere in the back of your head saying to you no no no you're imagining this i want you to own this today time has come for you to acknowledge all of who you are time has come for you to own this for you to start reconnecting yourself with the knowing that this part of you that is being restricted that it is allowed to be out there it is allowed to speak it is allowed to show up it is allowed to express it is allowed to move it is allowed it is allowed however this is showing up in your life in every part of your being okay there is a bit of you that knows your humanness knows that this isn't right so go into that feeling in your body feel that discomfort feel that immense restriction that is being placed upon you just feel it right now and take a moment to breathe let it flow the tears needs to fall allow that to happen if the anger needs to rise allow that to happen if the frustration needs to rise allow it all and as you sit in this discomfort i want you to become aware of a point of life right in the center of your being a single oshiki a point of life a point of life is waiting to be waiting to be looked after because there's always light there god's will showing me they're going nothing is extinguished within you nothing is out there there's always a flame there's always a flame and this is the flame of you this is the flame of your divine essence of your soul of who you are and that little flame what it needs today is it needs to become the fire within you the fire that drives you the fire that burns through the restrictions today and as we tune into this energy now of the fire inside of your chest if you're feeling any fear any trepidation any oh my goodness how am i going to deal with this what if this happens what if that happens no i want you to stop feel this fire inside of you this fire represents the freedom that your soul is longing for this fire represents feeling free free from all of the restrictions that you and society and everyone around you have placed on on this world on ourselves and there's no blame here because we're all playing this game together so this is not for you to go it's your fault and it's your fault but it is time for you to go i want to change this i want to own this within myself i want to own my fire within myself and i want to allow myself to be seen to be heard to be felt to be experienced not just by my own energy but by everything that is out there all of the other energies that is out there so making that fire a little bit bigger in your heart making it just a fraction bigger i want you to feel what does that feel like that feeling of restriction in your body when you allow that flame to go there and it's lighting it up and it's showing you exactly what this is doing to you it's showing you how you look when you are tied down by these ideas that you hold by the fears it's showing you but it is also showing you what it looks like when you let go when you let go of control today when you surrender into the experience of being free within your own being and those rules that you created let them go for once those ideas that you've created let them go those feelings that you're holding let them go and as your spirit speaks here today know that those things those ideas they came from a place of not not always understanding they came from a place of trying to be safe they came from a place of this is what you knew then but you know better now you feel more you are more you want to be more for yourself for no one else on this planet no one so allow yourself today make that fire a little bigger just a little bigger let's allow it to swell up within our being feeling how your whole body all of the tightness relaxing into this energy feel how all of that is starting to move into alignment how every single choice that you make you keep yourself small every day can be changed and even though sometimes it feels like you have no other choice when you step back i want you to observe it from a different space when you observe it from the space what it is that you need and what your soul needs and why you are here the light on it changes the restrictiveness changes and when we start looking at it differently everything around you shifts every single thing everything will change so giving yourself the opportunity today to allow yourself to step into this new part of you that hasn't been experienced yet this free part and i want you to take this energy now of the fire and i want you to make it so big that it fills all of the space around your body i want you to extend this feeling out meters around your body that fiery energy cleaning all of the residue that you hold in your energy fields all of the energy fields around you the sorrows this beautiful sacred fire and if you're feeling any fear within you that maybe this might go out of control that it might run like a wildfire and destroy everything i want you to take a breath i want you to understand that you are in control of this fire this fire is not outside of you this fire is created by you this fire is part of you so when it gets too big when it feels unsafe and uncontrollable you pull it back and you stop and you observe and you see what's happening you are fully in control of all of the choices you're fully in control this beautiful experience that you are having and even when we make choices that other people look at and they go oh goodness no this isn't right for you this is wrong this is not how you should be doing it you know what's right for you and sometimes it goes against everything that everyone else is saying and that is good and that is fine and that is perfect because all that matters is you tuning into the fire and going yes this feels good no this isn't serving me no this doesn't feel like it's in alignment i can't move down this road right now and no one on this earth is expecting you to run this like a sprint yeah i see when we have been showing up in certain ways for so many years baby steps baby steps every single action that you take from today changes the trajectory every single time that you make one small choice to honor yourself it changes your path and some people are going to run like the wind with us some people are going to go one step at a time step at a time and there is no right or wrong the biggest thing here is that you do this in a way that makes you feel safe every single step of the way always tuning in and just as we are now here in this energy of this fire i want you to look around you i want you to become aware of the support the energetic support that is around you i want you to become aware of the fact that you are not alone in the circle and even though i'm speaking to you if you start feeling and looking and seeing and you will realize that you are not alone and even if you can't see real notice experience that you are not alone so this new part that you're wanting to call about yourself this new part is here the first step starts today first step recognizing and owning and then you stop so okay Okay,
Beautiful.
So now as we start putting the energies back into your body,
Stay in the awareness of your flame,
Your connection with your soul,
Your being,
Your voices.
And when you stop making those decisions,
Just close your eyes for a moment,
Feel what it feels like in your body.
It's always a yes when it feels good,
When you feel open with me.
Now your side,
End up.
So as you start making your way out of the circle now,
I just want you to take a moment to thank all of your own guides today.
Just thank all of them for being with you and holding you.
Yes,
Sir,
Yeah,
Yeah.
And thanking those parts of you that spoke to you today and that showed you what you needed to see.
Thanking your beautiful soul today.
And as we now slowly start making our way back through my forest,
And as you walk yourself back to the point where we initially started,
I want you to purposefully place your feet on the ground,
Seeing yourself literally coming back into this dimension now,
As we are bringing our consciousness back into the room,
Back into the space where you are.
And you're walking yourself back into your body.
You're literally starting to move and sway your body,
Feeling how you are reconnecting with every single bit of your humanness,
Of you,
And you're feeling beautifully light and free as you start walking back.
And all the way through the forest,
All the way through,
Right back to the point where we started,
Right back to the very first moment when you became aware of this space.
And placing your feet firmly onto the ground,
I call on the energies of Gaia now to pull us back into this space,
Into this awareness,
Back into our bodies,
Back into 3D,
As she literally pulls your energy right back into this moment.
And now as I start to close down the circle,
I thank you for your beautiful energy today.

And thanking all of the beautiful energies,

And just start slowly moving your body around,
Breathing in and out,
Allowing yourself now to come back into the moment.
